L\u2019association cantonale des boulangers-confiseurs a retenu six dossiers sur la trentaine re\u00e7ue. Le point sur le syst\u00e8me mis en place depuis un an, avec Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde, en charge de la formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Artisans boulangers-confiseurs du canton de Gen\u00e8ve (ABCGe) ont lanc\u00e9 leur apprentissage en r\u00e9seau en 2023. Inspir\u00e9e de celle des Vaudois, la formation s\u2019effectue aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en fonction de leurs points forts. Les futurs artisans y passent entre six et douze mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif premier est de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des entreprises formatrices, et ainsi maintenir un certain nombre de places d\u2019apprentissage. \u00ab\u2009La paperasse que la formation de la rel\u00e8ve engendre est la principale cause de ces abandons. Et, malheureusement, plus on avance, plus cette charge de travail augmente\u2009\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde. Afin de soulager les patrons, l\u2019ABCGe s\u2019occupe de cette t\u00e2che. \u00ab\u2009J\u2019en ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es, mais ce n\u2019est pas encore suffisant.\u2009\u00bb A ce jour, une dizaine de boulangeries, p\u00e2tisseries, confiseries, chocolateries, services traiteur et h\u00f4tels ont rejoint le r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur les cinq apprentis de la premi\u00e8re vol\u00e9e trois poursuivent leur cursus en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Des d\u00e9parts qui seraient dus en partie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge des personnes\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Pour le r\u00e9seau, il faut vraiment faire preuve de souplesse\u2009; qui s\u2019acquiert avec une certaine maturit\u00e9.\u2009\u00bb Le responsable souhaiterait d\u2019ailleurs augmenter quelque peu la moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge des apprenants \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de cette rentr\u00e9e, un changement a d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place\u2009: les six jeunes de 1re ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 leur formation par six semaines d\u2019\u00e9cole, et non plus huit. \u00ab\u2009Trop longue, cette premi\u00e8re phase a \u00e9t\u00e9 raccourcie mais intensifi\u00e9e afin de proposer la m\u00eame mati\u00e8re.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formation-d-avenir\">Formation d\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M.\u202fM\u00e9rigonde dresse un bilan tr\u00e8s positif de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Il constate que les apprentis font preuve d\u2019une motivation sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne. Cela proviendrait de la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection et du suivi des \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Ils sont choisis sur dossier par nos soins, et non pas par un patron qui pourrait se laisser influencer par des caract\u00e9ristiques subjectives. De plus, en rencontrant les jeunes toutes les deux ou trois semaines, cela permet de conna\u00eetre leurs forces et faiblesses. Je sais comment les soutenir au mieux.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Genevois estime qu\u2019il serait judicieux de se pencher sur l\u2019apprentissage en r\u00e9seau dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle 2030\u202f: \u00ab\u2009Evidemment, les cantons doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur physionomie et \u00e0 leur profil\u2009; ce qui fonctionne chez nous ne marche pas forc\u00e9ment en Valais, par exemple. Il faudrait donc avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de proposer chaque solution et de rester ouvert \u00e0 tout.\u2009\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prendre-le-meilleur-de-chaque-entreprise\">\u00ab\u2009Prendre le meilleur de chaque entreprise\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viviane Tinner a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa 2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e. Ag\u00e9e de 21 ans, l\u2019ex-\u00e9tudiante en architecture est pour l\u2019heure en formation au sein de C &amp; J M\u00e9rigonde \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Je ne comprenais pas exactement en quoi cela consistait. J\u2019ai toutefois saut\u00e9 sur l\u2019occasion de trouver une place\u2009: j\u2019ai envoy\u00e9 une lettre de motivation et un cv. Ils m\u2019ont convoqu\u00e9e pour un entretien. Cela s\u2019est fait tr\u00e8s rapidement. J\u2019ai alors compris ce que c\u2019\u00e9tait, et quelle chance j\u2019avais eue d\u2019en avoir connaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire\u2009?<\/strong><br>C\u2019est une belle opportunit\u00e9 de changer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u2019entreprise pour prendre le meilleur de chacune d\u2019entre elles. En devant nous acclimater aux diff\u00e9rents environnements, nous d\u00e9veloppons notre flexibilit\u00e9 et notre adaptabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019avez-vous ressenti au contact d\u2019apprentis hors r\u00e9seau\u2009?<\/strong><br>Oui, ils sont plus attach\u00e9s aux pratiques enseign\u00e9es. A la fin de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de faire.
