Selon lui, la crise du coronavirus a permis de revaloriser les produits des artisans boulangers-confiseurs et l\u2018artisanat au sein de la population. \u00abIl va falloir continuer \u00e0 tirer parti de cette opportunit\u00e9\u00bb, tel est l\u2019appel lanc\u00e9 au secteur par le directeur de la BCS Urs Wellauer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-source-d-inspiration-pour-le-secteur\">Source d\u2019inspiration pour le secteur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abJe suis tr\u00e8s heureux de cet honneur. Il faut promouvoir l\u2019ind\u00e9niable et v\u00e9ritable artisanat boulanger et confiseur, et surtout mieux le faire conna\u00eetre \u2013 et je m\u2019y applique toujours volontiers\u00bb, c\u2019est en ces termes que le nouvel ambassadeur du secteur a comment\u00e9 la reconnaissance de son engagement pour la boulangerie-confiserie artisanale.
