Les places d\u2019honneur sont occup\u00e9es par la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Mohn AG, \u00e0 Sulgen (TG), et la p\u00e2tisserie caf\u00e9 Janz, \u00e0 Wila (ZH).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La couronne boulang\u00e8re n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre d\u00e9cern\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en raison du coronavirus. Cette ann\u00e9e, la remise de cette derni\u00e8re a eu lieu virtuellement suite au 135e congr\u00e8s de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs entreprises membres \u00e9taient en lice pour la couronne boulang\u00e8re 2021. Trois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomin\u00e9es par le jury pour la finale. La Patisserie David Schmid GmbH de Zofingen (AG) a \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9e. \u00abElles se caract\u00e9risent toutes par d\u2019excellentes performances\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz lors de la remise des prix. Les membres du jury et lui \u00abont pu d\u00e9couvrir des entreprises remarquables pr\u00e9sentant des prestations exceptionnelles\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-petit-morceau-de-france-au-coeur-de-zofingen\">Un petit morceau de France au c\u0153ur de Zofingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicole et David Schmid ont ouvert La Patisserie David Schmid GmbH \u00e0 Zofingen (AG) en novembre 2020. Champion du monde et d\u2019Europe en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, David Schmid est responsable et chef cr\u00e9atif de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, Nicole Schmid pour sa part force motrice et cr\u00e9ative de la vente et de l\u2019atelier d\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec leur site de production, ils souhaitent suivre une orientation diff\u00e9rente et ainsi cr\u00e9er un nouvel univers \u2013 un petit morceau de France au c\u0153ur de Zofingen. Ils veulent donner aux clientes et clients une vision authentique de l\u2019art de la p\u00e2tisserie. L\u2019agr\u00e9able caf\u00e9 offre une vue optimale sur la manufacture, permettant aux clientes et clients d\u2019observer les p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res et p\u00e2tissiers \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre, tout en se r\u00e9galant de d\u00e9lices inspir\u00e9s de la p\u00e2tisserie fran\u00e7aise. Les Schmid recherchent l\u2018originalit\u00e9 et l\u2019exception au travers de leurs cr\u00e9ations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec leur gamme r\u00e9duite mais de qualit\u00e9, ils se concentrent sur ce qu\u2019ils savent faire, et ce qui est leur grande passion. En 2020, l\u2019entreprise a emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans le nouveau b\u00e2timent de production comprenant un caf\u00e9 et un drive-in \u00e0 Sulgen (TG), et est entr\u00e9e dans sa 125e ann\u00e9e. Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer leur 125e anniversaire, \u00e0 partir du 125e jour et pendant 125 jours, les Mohn ont offert le montant de ses achats \u00e0 chaque 125e cliente ou client. L\u2019humain est au premier plan chez les Mohn. La direction de l\u2019entreprise attache une grande importance \u00e0 une culture d\u2019entreprise familiale, ce qui induit une excellente ambiance de travail, perceptible dans tous les domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-patisserie-cafe-janz-wila-zh\">P\u00e2tisserie caf\u00e9 Janz, Wila (ZH)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kathrin et Christian Deppeler Janz ont repris il y a quatre ans la p\u00e2tisserie de la famille Hofer \u00e0 Wila (ZH). En 2020, l\u2019entreprise a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans son nouveau si\u00e8ge abritant production et caf\u00e9. Le couple de jeunes entrepreneurs mise sur des produits artisanaux et authentiques. Authentiques, parce que les cr\u00e9ations sont \u00e0 base de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de haute qualit\u00e9, de fournisseurs locaux \u2013 dans la mesure du possible. Artisanaux, parce que la production ne recourt qu\u2019\u00e0 des ingr\u00e9dients strictement n\u00e9cessaires et des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles, les additifs et ingr\u00e9dients artificiels \u00e9tant bannis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prix-de-15-000-francs\">Prix de 15&#8217;000 francs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inventivit\u00e9, professionnalisme, talent et engagement extraordinaire sont les ma\u00eetres mots de la distinction que repr\u00e9sente la \u00abcouronne boulang\u00e8re\u00bb \u2013 dot\u00e9e d\u2019un prix de 15&#8217;000 francs. L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) et l\u2019Union suisse de la levure (SHV) ont d\u00e9cern\u00e9 pour la neuvi\u00e8me fois d\u00e9j\u00e0 le 1er juin 2021 \u00e0 Berne le prix cr\u00e9\u00e9 par cette derni\u00e8re.
