Le point de la situation avec Nicolas Taillens, responsable de la manifestation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicolas Taillens pr\u00e9sente les nouveaut\u00e9s \u00e0 venir du Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT), son organisation et les \u00e9ventuelles alternatives pr\u00e9vues pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la situation sanitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-l-ecoute-des-retours-des-participants\">A l\u2019\u00e9coute des retours des participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9dition du SBT apporte son lot de nouveaut\u00e9s et d\u2019adaptations du r\u00e8glement, en prenant en compte les suggestions des participants, auxquelles le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation est tr\u00e8s attentif\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Pour cette ann\u00e9e, les changements dans le r\u00e8glement incluent la possibilit\u00e9 de cumuler les prix sp\u00e9ciaux, ainsi que l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9poser des produits dans au moins deux cat\u00e9gories pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9ligible aux titres de champion cantonal et de SBT Champion.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-nouveau-logo-depuis-2020\">Un nouveau logo depuis 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre nouveaut\u00e9, cette fois au niveau du logo, avec l\u2019ajout depuis 2020 de la mention \u00ab\u2009confiseurs\u2009\u00bb\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il \u00e9tait temps que le SBT passe par cette case \u2039\u2009fusion\u2009\u203a, d\u2019autant plus que nous avons toujours plus de produits de confiserie inscrits. Les coll\u00e8gues confiseurs ne se sentaient parfois pas directement concern\u00e9s par la manifestation.\u2009\u00bb Par contre, il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas possible de changer directement le nom \u00ab\u2009Swiss Bakery Trophy\u2009\u00bb\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Avec les ann\u00e9es, c\u2019est devenu une marque, qui repr\u00e9sente quelque chose pour les participants et les clients. Il serait alors dommageable de changer le nom, car cela pourrait faire croire que ce n\u2019est plus le m\u00eame concours.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019encourage tous mes coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 participer, pour se redonner des perspectives positives, penser \u00e0 de nouveaux produits et surprendre nos clients.\u2009\u00bb<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-importance-d-organiser-le-sbt-en-2021\">L\u2019importance d\u2019organiser le SBT en 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019organisation de l\u2019\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e suit son cours, m\u00eame si des incertitudes sont pr\u00e9sentes\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le SBT a toujours lieu au sein du Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs (SSGT), \u00e0 Espace Gruy\u00e8re \u00e0 Bulle (FR). Mais la faisabilit\u00e9 de ce dernier, et sous quelle forme, n\u2019est pas encore claire.\u2009\u00bb Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation travaille pour l\u2019instant dans l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un SBT sous sa forme normale, tout en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 un plan B si n\u00e9cessaire\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Notre intention est clairement d\u2019organiser le concours cette ann\u00e9e, car cela fera d\u00e9j\u00e0 trois ans depuis la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition et nous ne voulons pas attendre plus longtemps. D\u2019autant plus que le SSGT se tiendra d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre en 2022, ce qui n\u2019est id\u00e9al ni pour la participation de nos coll\u00e8gues au SBT, ni pour l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dailles avant les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prise-en-compte-de-plusieurs-possibilites\">Prise en compte de plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alternative, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie en collaboration avec Espace Gruy\u00e8re, serait une version \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009huis clos\u2009\u00bb du SBT, \u00e0 savoir hors du cadre du SSGT\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Cette option nous permettrait une plus grande libert\u00e9 autour des plans sanitaires, tout en donnant une continuit\u00e9 aux titres et m\u00e9dailles. Bien s\u00fbr, cela signifierait d\u2019envisager une communication diff\u00e9rente, car nous perdrions la visibilit\u00e9 des 50\u2009000 visiteurs du SSGT.
