Elle explique dans son blog, pourquoi le savoir-faire boulanger est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de notre patrimoine culturel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans notre pays, la notion de diversit\u00e9 fait instantan\u00e9ment penser aux plusieurs langues parl\u00e9es dans les diff\u00e9rents cantons, \u00e0 la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de nos paysages et \u00e0 la multiplicit\u00e9 de nos esp\u00e8ces naturelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la diversit\u00e9 se retrouve \u00e9galement sur la table du petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Le pain reste l\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels de ce repas. La Suisse en comptait d\u2019ailleurs pr\u00e8s de 300 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s1 en 2018 et il s\u2019en ajoute chaque ann\u00e9e de nouvelles. Rares sont certainement les produits qui pr\u00e9sentent un ancrage aussi profond dans nos origines et nos traditions. Parce que les boulangers rivalisent de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre sans cesse aux besoins nutritionnels de leurs clients, le pain est une composante ind\u00e9tr\u00f4nable de notre patrimoine culturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Artisanat et patrimoine culturel\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est justement le th\u00e8me de la collecte de la Fondation Pro Patria en 2021. Avec les recettes des ventes de l\u2019insigne du 1er\u202fao\u00fbt et des timbres-poste Pro Patria, la Fondation soutiendra cette ann\u00e9e des projets qui requi\u00e8rent un savoir-faire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Celui de la fabrication du pain est l\u2019un des plus anciens de Suisse. Une grande partie des boulangeries pr\u00e9parent encore leur pain \u00e0 la main selon des recettes traditionnelles. Le pain fait partie int\u00e9grante de notre alimentation.
