Dans sa contribution, elle revient sur la p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9paration intensive et la comp\u00e9tition elle-m\u00eame. Et la jeune professionnelle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des projets pour l\u2019avenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 mon apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-confiseuse de trois ans, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour les SwissSkills Championships 2020 lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes en \u00e9t\u00e9 2019. J\u2019ai ensuite re\u00e7u la confirmation d\u00e9finitive de ma participation \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition en ao\u00fbt\u202f2020. Ma joie \u00e9tait \u00e9norme et a alors d\u00e9but\u00e9 une p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s intensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-ce-que-j-ai-particulierement-aime-c-est-que-nous-nous-entendions-tous-tres-bien-et-que-la-competition-n-a-jamais-ete-un-probleme\"><em>\u00ab\u2009Ce que j\u2019ai particuli\u00e8rement aim\u00e9, c\u2019est que nous nous entendions tous tr\u00e8s bien et que la comp\u00e9tition n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des 14 semaines suivantes, j\u2019ai investi tout ce que je pouvais pour tirer le meilleur parti de cette opportunit\u00e9 unique. Le grand d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er les produits du concours en respectant les directives donn\u00e9es et d\u2019obtenir le meilleur r\u00e9sultat possible. Je suis toujours tr\u00e8s critique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de mon travail et mes produits devaient \u00eatre toujours plus r\u00e9ussis. Bien s\u00fbr, tout n\u2019a pas march\u00e9 tout de suite comme je le voulais. Pour certains produits, il m\u2019a fallu plus de dix essais avant qu\u2019ils ne correspondent \u00e0 mes attentes. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans de tels moments qu\u2019il est primordial de toujours rester motiv\u00e9 et positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tension-concentration-soulagement\">Tension,\u00a0concentration, soulagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que l\u2019on vit pendant la comp\u00e9tition est indescriptible. Tant d\u2019impressions, une concentration \u00e0 100\u202f%, la tension, de nouvelles amiti\u00e9s, la passion, l\u2019ambiance, le d\u00e9passement de soi, l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re unique, le soulagement. Ce ne sont que quelques mots-cl\u00e9s qui me viennent imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019esprit lorsque je repense \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque de la comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j\u2019ai particuli\u00e8rement aim\u00e9, c\u2019est que nous nous entendions tous tr\u00e8s bien et que la comp\u00e9tition n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me. La mise en place de ma table d\u2019exposition apr\u00e8s que tout ait \u00e9t\u00e9 fait et que l\u2019\u00e9norme pression se soit lentement rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des plus grands moments.<br>Je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante d\u2019avoir eu la chance de participer aux SwissSkills Championships 2020 et d\u2019avoir pu acqu\u00e9rir toutes ces exp\u00e9riences. Le fait d\u2019\u00eatre arriv\u00e9e troisi\u00e8me et d\u2019avoir ainsi remport\u00e9 la m\u00e9daille de bronze a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 toutes mes attentes et a \u00e9t\u00e9 le couronnement de mes efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-je-suis-reconnaissante-d-avoir-eu-la-chance-de-participer-aux-swissskills-2020-et-d-avoir-pu-acquerir-toutes-ces-experiences\"><em>\u00ab\u2009Je suis reconnaissante d\u2019avoir eu la chance de participer aux SwissSkills 2020 et d\u2019avoir pu acqu\u00e9rir toutes ces exp\u00e9riences.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le moment, je travaille chez Kreativ Beck AG \u00e0 Oberburg en tant que boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse.
