Eh bien pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment\u2009: parler moins, \u00e9couter plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a a l\u2019air simple, mais \u00e7a ne l\u2019est malheureusement pas. C\u2019est beaucoup plus rapide de sermonner les collaborateurs, et de tout balancer le plus vite et le plus efficacement possible; l\u2019\u00e9coute intensive, voire la compr\u00e9hension \u00e9tant par ailleurs assez astreignantes. Et quand on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 la t\u00eate pleine, doit-on encore se soucier de ce que pense la personne en face\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A court terme, nos tentatives de persuasion verbale sont certes plus rapides. Mais \u00e0 moyen terme, se contenter de convaincre nos collaborateurs sans les \u00e9couter nous co\u00fbte beaucoup de temps, d\u2018\u00e9nergie et d\u2018argent. Comme le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre b\u00fbcheron qui n\u2019aff\u00fbte pas sa scie parce qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas le temps\u2026<br>Notre \u00ab\u2009scie\u2009\u00bb et principal outil en tant que leader est l\u2019\u00e9coute.
