Elle a finalement opt\u00e9 pour une formation de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dans la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Wehren \u00e0 Weggis (LU), pour pouvoir s\u2019adonner \u00e0 son hobby tout en travaillant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s mon \u00e9cole secondaire \u00e0 Weggis (LU), j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e sociale (Juveso) dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9. J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 pendant les six premiers mois dans une famille \u00e0 Rotkreuz (ZG) et les six derniers dans une maison de retraite \u00e0 Weggis. Cette ann\u00e9e sociale aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre ma pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la formation d\u2019assistante en soins et sant\u00e9 communautaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comme j\u2019avais l\u2019habitude de me mettre aux fourneaux presque tous les jours \u00e0 la maison, j\u2019ai quand m\u00eame voulu faire un stage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re avant de me lancer. Je voulais poursuivre mon hobby pendant mon temps libre, mais j\u2019ai vite compris que je n\u2019aurais pas le temps de le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00e9tier vari\u00e9<br>Pendant mon stage, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 fascin\u00e9e par le nombre de t\u00e2ches diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. J\u2019ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis aujourd\u2019hui en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dans la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Wehren \u00e0 Weggis. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie beaucoup la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de mon travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est g\u00e9nial de pouvoir confectionner des produits et de les voir en vitrine en fin de journ\u00e9e, de contempler ce que l\u2019on a fait et de s\u2019en r\u00e9jouir. \u00bb<br>Appliquer ce que l\u2019on apprend dans l\u2019entreprise<br>J\u2019adore aussi faire le lien entre la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019\u00e9cole et la pratique de l\u2019entreprise. Nous apprenons beaucoup de choses \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole \u2013 notamment \u00e0 bien \u00e9crire avec du Scrivosa. Je peux appliquer tout ce que j\u2019ai appris dans l\u2019entreprise.
