Cela signifie que les collaborateurs dont on d\u00e9pend pour leur travail sont souvent en position de force lors des n\u00e9gociations salariales, et \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019imposer plus facilement leurs pr\u00e9tentions salariales. Notre quotidien professionnel regorge d\u2019exemples dans lesquels les employ\u00e9s ont pu tirer profit de la situation en obtenant des augmentations de salaire majeures. Le personnel qualifi\u00e9 a un prix, c\u2019est dans l\u2019ordre des choses\u2009; il faut n\u00e9anmoins toujours garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit l\u2019ensemble des frais de personnel dans ce genre de d\u00e9cisions, pour \u00e9viter les mauvaises surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pas-plus-de-50-du-chiffre-d-affaires\">Pas plus de 50\u202f% du chiffre d\u2019affaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale veut que les frais de personnel n\u2019exc\u00e8dent pas la moiti\u00e9 du chiffre d\u2019affaires. La tendance de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es montre toutefois que ce seuil est de plus en plus souvent d\u00e9pass\u00e9, dans les entreprises poss\u00e9dant plusieurs filiales ou un service de restauration affili\u00e9<br>notamment. Une planification des besoins horaires effectifs constitue la base d\u2019un chiffrage des frais de personnel permettant d\u2019obtenir une premi\u00e8re valeur cible pour ce poste de co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prendre-des-contre-mesures-en-cas-d-ecarts\">Prendre des contre-mesures en cas d\u2019\u00e9carts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seule la comparaison des horaires de travail th\u00e9oriques et r\u00e9els permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence les \u00e9carts n\u00e9cessitant de r\u00e9agir rapidement. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience montre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement qu\u2019il existe bien des plans de travail et que les horaires de travail sont enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de syst\u00e8mes de saisie du temps de travail, aucune contre-mesure n\u2019\u00e9tant toutefois prise en cas d\u2019\u00e9carts. En r\u00e9sulte avec le temps un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre en mati\u00e8re de frais de personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux-ci augmentent souvent au fil des ans sans jamais \u00eatre remis en question. Et ce, alors que certains travaux pourraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s par des travailleurs temporaires pay\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019heure g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des co\u00fbts uniquement pendant leurs interventions. De m\u00eame, l\u2019emploi du personnel devrait \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quentation effective des magasins et donc optimis\u00e9 \u2013 ceci notamment afin de tenir compte des fluctuations saisonni\u00e8res \u2013, une analyse de la fr\u00e9quentation des clients permettant de d\u00e9celer les heures de la journ\u00e9e ou jours de la semaine creux en termes de chiffre d\u2019affaires. Une solution radicale peut alors consister \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les heures d\u2019ouverture afin de rester en dessous de la valeur indicative relative aux frais de personnel, tout en donnant plus de latitude aux collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-veiller-a-la-satisfaction-des-collaborateurs\">Veiller \u00e0 la satisfaction des collaborateurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 toutes ces mesures, il ne faut pas perdre de vue la satisfaction des collaborateurs\u2009: un bon climat de travail est essentiel pour maintenir la qualit\u00e9 du service \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. L\u2019objectif doit donc \u00eatre de ne pas mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures d\u2019optimisation exclusivement au d\u00e9triment des collaborateurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
