Dans son blog, elle parle de la place que le pain et la boulangerie du village occupent dans sa vie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a des moments dans la vie o\u00f9 je souhaite r\u00e9duire ma consommation quotidienne de pain pour le bien de ma ligne. Dans mon esprit, j\u2019imagine comment je pourrais calmer ma faim en rempla\u00e7ant le pain par des fruits, des galettes de riz ou des noix au petit-d\u00e9jeuner et \u00e0 la pause des 9 heures. Puis le matin, une fois devant mon frigo ou le rayon du magasin, contre toute attente, j\u2019opte syst\u00e9matiquement pour un morceau de pain ou un petit pain frais de l\u2019artisan boulanger. La r\u00e9solution de manger des fruits en fait souvent les frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfant, j\u2019allais \u00e0 la boulangerie en tenant la main de mon p\u00e8re, pour y acheter le fameux \u00ab\u2009F\u00fcrabebrot\u2009\u00bb.<br>En y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant bien, le pain semble donc \u00eatre au centre de mon alimentation. Mais ce n\u2019est pas que dans ma pyramide alimentaire que le plus vieil aliment du monde occupe une place importante\u2009; dans le village o\u00f9 j\u2019ai grandi, la boulangerie \u2013 et donc le pain \u2013 sont au c\u0153ur de l\u2019action. La boulangerie est le lieu o\u00f9 les gens se rencontrent, parlent de leurs voisins ou du temps qu\u2019il fait, observent les jeunes du village, et saluent tous ceux qui passent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie de mon village natal semble \u00eatre un lieu qui a surv\u00e9cu en restant stable (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent), malgr\u00e9 la concurrence croissante du commerce de d\u00e9tail\u2009: enfant, j\u2019allais \u00e0 la boulangerie en tenant la main de mon p\u00e8re, pour y acheter le fameux \u00ab\u2009F\u00fcrabebrot\u2009\u00bb (ndlr\u2009: pain du soir).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adolescente, au retour des premi\u00e8res longues nuits de f\u00eates, l\u2019odeur des croissants fra\u00eechement cuits au petit matin m\u2019attirait \u00e9galement dans cette m\u00eame boulangerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis aujourd\u2019hui une jeune femme, et j\u2019ai quitt\u00e9 le village. Mais je retourne encore r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans la boulangerie de notre village pour y acheter une boule de Berlin ou un \u00ab\u2009F\u00fcrabebrot\u2009\u00bb \u2013 mais sans plus tenir la main de mon p\u00e8re, avec mes cl\u00e9s de voiture dans mon sac \u00e0 main.
