D\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la retraite depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il compte n\u00e9anmoins rester actif.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lukas Imseng, votre carri\u00e8re professionnelle s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e. que pr\u00e9voyez-vous dans un avenir proche\u2009?<\/strong><br>Je finalise encore la transmission de mon entreprise. J\u2019en suis pour l\u2019instant \u00e0 r\u00e9silier diff\u00e9rents contrats et abonnements, avant le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement des locaux. Je prendrai ensuite le temps de voyager\u2009; cet aspect a quelque peu \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9glig\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. J\u2019irai aussi rendre visite \u00e0 mes nombreux amis, qui sont toujours venus me trouver \u00e0 Saas-Fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O\u00f9 pourra-t-on vous croiser\u2009?<\/strong><br>Je vais rester actif dans l\u2019association de costumes folkloriques et dans celle de lanceurs de drapeaux. J\u2019aurai \u00e9videmment aussi plus de temps pour faire du camping, du ski et de la moto. Le fournil et l\u2019h\u00f4tel \u00e9taient sous le m\u00eame toit. Chaque h\u00f4te \u00e9tait triplement client\u2009: au restaurant, \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel et au buffet du petit d\u00e9jeuner. Comme nous habitions nous-m\u00eames dans la maison, nous faisions aussi partie de la client\u00e8le presque tous les jours (rires).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous aviez beaucoup d\u2019autres projets en plusde la vie quotidienne de l\u2019entreprise\u2026<\/strong><br>J\u2019ai toujours voulu faire autre chose que les autres. Nous avons notamment opt\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t pour un fournil ouvert, offrant \u00e0 la vue de la client\u00e8le la cr\u00e9ation de nos produits. Je suis aussi pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 mon propre calendrier boulanger et os\u00e9 une action de \u00ab\u2009bodypainting\u2009\u00bb\u2009; qui a fait la une de \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb. Le secteur en parle encore aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier de p\u00e2tisserie pour enfants et les livres Globi avaient pour ambition de faire le bonheur des enfants et des parents, le mus\u00e9e celui des a\u00een\u00e9s. Ces derniers avaient souvent un lien fort avec la boulangerie-confiserie de leur enfance, la vision de machines et d\u2019objets au mus\u00e9e leur rappelait de bons souvenirs.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"608\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/lukas_imseng_globi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82174\" style=\"width:424px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Gr\u00e2ce aux livres de Globi, Lukas Imseng s&#8217;est fait conna\u00eetre au-del\u00e0 de la branche.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment \u00eates-vous devenu auteur\u2009?<\/strong><br>Nous avions pour habitude d\u2019agr\u00e9menter l\u2019atelier de p\u00e2tisserie pour enfants avec des livres de coloriage. Nous avons donc voulu en faire imprimer un aux \u00e9ditions Globi. Ayant appris que je cr\u00e9ais \u00e9galement des recettes, la directrice de la maison d\u2019\u00e9dition m\u2019a approch\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9laboration du livre a pris presque deux ans, il a fallu tout dessiner au fur et \u00e0 mesure pour les enfants. La r\u00e9alisation des deux autres livres de recettes Globi a pris un peu moins de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les moments forts de votre carri\u00e8re\u2009?<\/strong><br>J\u2019ai ador\u00e9 voir certains enfants revenir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement p\u00e2tisser, les yeux brillants, la joie devant un pain qui l\u00e8ve facilement et la curiosit\u00e9 tout au long du processus. Je l\u2019ai \u00e9galement v\u00e9cu avec des personnes handicap\u00e9es\u2009: le travail \u00e9tait toujours tr\u00e8s \u00e9motionnel, parfois \u00e9galement empreint de divergences d\u2019opinions\u2009; et la joie de l\u2019accomplissement n\u2019en \u00e9tait que plus grande \u00e0 la fin. La recherche \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement difficile avec l\u2019h\u00f4tel attenant. Personne n\u2019\u00e9tait malheureusement int\u00e9ress\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion, mais par chance nous avons trouv\u00e9 un investisseur su\u00e9dois avec une bonne id\u00e9e\u2009: le service h\u00f4telier va \u00eatre maintenu, et le caf\u00e9 transform\u00e9 en restaurant. Au moins, une partie de l\u2019entreprise subsistera, avec agr\u00e9ment et comp\u00e9tence. Et le mus\u00e9e compl\u00e9tera un mus\u00e9e de la boulangerie en Allemagne. Comme moi, l\u2019exploitant aime beaucoup la collection. Je suis un peu triste de la voir partir si loin, mais j\u2019aurais eu du mal \u00e0 c\u00e9der les objets s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour conclure, que souhaiteriez-vous dire au secteur\u2009?<\/strong><br>J\u2019ai longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 actif au sein de la fondation Patrimoine pain suisse. C\u2019est dommage qu\u2019elle ait \u00e9t\u00e9 dissoute. Les gens, dans leur jeune \u00e2ge notamment, s\u2019interrogent souvent sur leurs racines.
