Samedi, les membres de la famille, les amis, les employeurs et les sp\u00e9cialistes responsables se sont r\u00e9unis pour f\u00eater les professionnels ayant r\u00e9ussi\u2009; la joie \u00e9tait doublement grande\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-plus-beau-metier\">Le plus beau m\u00e9tier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Silvan Hotz, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS), a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Il les a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas laisser leur savoir se perdre. \u00ab\u2009Continuez votre formation\u2009! Utilisez activement dans votre exploitation les comp\u00e9tences que vous avez acquises\u2009! Osez essayer de nouvelles choses sans oublier notre m\u00e9tier artisanal\u2009! Transmettez votre passion \u00e0 vos apprenants et \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s\u2009! Soyez un mod\u00e8le\u2009! Vivez notre beau m\u00e9tier, soyez-en fiers et montrez-le\u2009! Parce que j\u2019en suis convaincu\u2009: nous avons le plus beau m\u00e9tier et nous le d\u00e9fendons\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transmettre-sa-passion\">Transmettre sa passion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le boulanger-confiseur genevois Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde, responsable romand de la commission formation professionnelle, s\u2019est r\u00e9joui de pouvoir s\u2019exprimer \u00e0 nouveau devant une salle comble, affirmant que rien n\u2019est plus pr\u00e9cieux que de telles rencontres. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 suivre la formation continue, tr\u00e8s exigeante, dans des conditions difficiles dues \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie. Ces connaissances et cette passion, ainsi que le savoir-faire artisanal \u00ab\u2009qui distingue notre secteur artisanal sur ce march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel\u2009\u00bb doivent \u00eatre transmis aux clients, mais aussi \u00e0 la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<br>\u00ab\u2009Nous sommes fiers de vous\u2009\u00bb, s\u2019est exclam\u00e9 S\u00e9bastien Knecht, responsable de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains (VD), en exhortant\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Faites vivre ce beau m\u00e9tier avec c\u0153ur et \u00e2me\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-depart-reussi-vers-l-avenir\">Un d\u00e9part r\u00e9ussi vers l\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Avec votre certificat professionnel, vous vous lancez dans un avenir prometteur\u2009\u00bb, s\u2019est r\u00e9jouie Lisa Frunz, Responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail \u00e0 la BCS. \u00ab\u2009Nous d\u00e9pendons de vous et nous sommes enthousiastes \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019envisager l\u2019avenir avec vous\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Elle a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les nouveaux sp\u00e9cialistes de la branche pour leur performance et a attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention sur les d\u00e9fis du projet Vente 2022+.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Signer, Responsable de la formation production de la BCS, a compar\u00e9 l\u2019examen professionnel \u00e0 un voyage en montagne avec, entre autres, des virages en \u00e9pingle \u00e0 cheveux et un terrain inconfortable, rendu encore plus difficile par le Covid. En tant qu\u2019entrepreneurs, les participants devront \u00e9galement emprunter des chemins difficiles. M.\u202fSigner a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019il esp\u00e9rait que les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s seraient de v\u00e9ritables passionn\u00e9s de notre branche et qu\u2019ils s\u2019impliqueraient dans l\u2019entreprise ainsi qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019association. Ils ont atteint le sommet de la ligue professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Signer a exprim\u00e9 ses remerciements aux responsables de l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne et d\u2019Yverdon, au Directeur Reto Fries, au Vice-directeur Markus Zimmerli et \u00e0 S\u00e9bastien Knecht (responsable Romandie \u00e0 Yverdon), ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues experts\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e.\u2009\u00bb<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resultat-brillant-pour-lucia-rollin\">R\u00e9sultat brillant pour Lucia R\u00f6llin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En ao\u00fbt\u202f2019, 24 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont commenc\u00e9 leurs examens professionnels \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont de Lucerne et 9 \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains. Au total, 22 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont, certains n\u2019ont malheureusement pas pass\u00e9 l\u2019examen, ont abandonn\u00e9 ou n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9ussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une moyenne de 5,7, la confiseuse-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re Lucia R\u00f6llin (Boulangerie Mohn AG, Sulgen, TG) a obtenu un r\u00e9sultat brillant. Cela fait environ 20 ans qu\u2019un tel r\u00e9sultat n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9. En plus de l\u2019\u00e9cole et du travail, Lucia R\u00f6llin a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du nouveau Learndoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les autres meilleures notes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues par\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Boulangerie-Confiserie Romandie\u2009: Vincent Ebersohl (4,7), zum Buttergipfel AG, Courgevaux (FR)<\/li><li>Confiserie-p\u00e2tisserie Romandie\u2009: Justine Froidevaux (5,1), Ackermann Artisan Boulanger S\u00e0rl, Grandson (VD)<\/li><li>Commerce de d\u00e9tail Suisse al\u00e9manique\u2009: Nina Marie Eggenberger (5,2), Beck Lyner, Winterthour\u2009; Corina Weber (5,2), B\u00e4ckerei-Konditorei-Caf\u00e9 Weber AG, Davos<\/li><li>Boulangerie-confiserie Suisse al\u00e9manique\u2009: Angela Jakob (5,4),<\/li><li>Boulangerie-confiserie Krenger, Bolligen (BE)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Six des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont r\u00e9ussi l\u2019examen \u00e0 leur deuxi\u00e8me tentative. \u00ab\u2009Je tire mon chapeau\u2009\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Reto Fries, directeur de Richemont.
