Les pr\u00e9paratifs pour les championnats du monde \u00e0 Lyon (F) battent leur plein. \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb a voulu savoir comment elles se sentaient, quels objectifs elles s\u2019\u00e9taient fix\u00e9s pour la comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 venir et ce dont elles se r\u00e9jouissaient le plus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour devenir champion du monde, il faut s\u2019entra\u00eener. Ce n\u2019est pas seulement vrai en sport, mais aussi pour la Comp\u00e9tition mondiale des m\u00e9tiers. Il ne reste \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s plus qu\u2019un mois avant les WorldSkills de Lyon (du 10 au 15\u202fseptembre) et Vera Stocker et Nadia Koller consacrent le plus clair du temps \u00e0 leur pr\u00e9paration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles sont entour\u00e9es par leurs coachs Ramona Bolliger (championne du monde de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie 2017) et Vanessa Schnyder (vice-championne du monde UIBC de p\u00e2tisserie 2014 et coach de la championne du monde en titre de p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie 2022 Juliana Th\u00f6ny). Dans l\u2019interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb, Vera Stocker et Nadia Koller donnent un aper\u00e7u de leur p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9paration particuli\u00e8rement exigeante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-vous-sentez-vous\">Comment vous sentez-vous\u2009?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vera Stocker\u2009: <\/strong>Je vais tr\u00e8s bien. C\u2019est bien s\u00fbr assez \u00e9prouvant et il est presque impossible de penser \u00e0 autre chose, mais j\u2019y trouve beaucoup de plaisir.<br><strong>Nadia Koller\u2009:<\/strong> Pour l\u2019instant, je me sens bien. Pour l\u2019instant, je suis tr\u00e8s optimiste et j\u2019esp\u00e8re que cela va continuer.<br><strong>NK\u2009:<\/strong> Je me suis beaucoup entra\u00een\u00e9e pour la pi\u00e8ce en sucre. C\u2019est une t\u00e2che difficile quand on n\u2019a pas beaucoup d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019extraction du sucre. Sinon, j\u2019ai fait toutes sortes de choses dans tous les domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-signifie-representer-la-suisse-aux-worldskills\">Que signifie repr\u00e9senter la Suisse aux WorldSkills\u2009?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VS\u2009: <\/strong>Je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante d\u2019avoir cette chance unique. Cela me permettra d\u2019\u00e9voluer non seulement sur le plan professionnel, mais aussi sur le plan personnel. Je vais repousser mes limites et les d\u00e9passer. J\u2019ai h\u00e2te de rencontrer mes adversaires du monde entier, qui ont la m\u00eame passion que moi pour notre m\u00e9tier. Tout ce voyage est pour moi une affaire de c\u0153ur.<br><strong>NK\u2009: <\/strong>C\u2019est un grand plaisir pour moi et je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse d\u2019\u00eatre celle qui repr\u00e9sentera la Suisse cette ann\u00e9e. Beaucoup de choses ne se passent pas comme pr\u00e9vu, ou n\u2019avancent que tr\u00e8s lentement. Mais ce n\u2019est pas grave. Cela m\u2019aide de savoir comment r\u00e9agir lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionne pas\u2026 Et c\u2019est finalement en faisant des erreurs que l\u2019on apprend le mieux.<br><strong>NK\u2009:<\/strong> Dans l\u2019ensemble, bien. J\u2019ai toutefois d\u00fb essuyer quelques petits \u00e9checs\u2026 Comme en Finlande, lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u2019entra\u00eenement o\u00f9 nous avions une petite comp\u00e9tition et o\u00f9 tout s\u2019est \u00e9croul\u00e9.
