La L\u00f6tschentaler Tourismus AG a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2013 pour donner un cadre contraignant \u00e0 cette coop\u00e9ration. Sa filiale g\u00e8re le Gastro &amp; Camping Fafleralp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises familiales doivent disposer d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de connaissances et, dans la mesure du possible, pouvoir agir de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante. Mais chacun a son bagage personnel, ses forces et ses faiblesses, et des lacunes peuvent donc facilement appara\u00eetre. En coop\u00e9rant, tous peuvent apporter leur contribution en fonction de leur situation, de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats \u2013 \u00eatre l\u00e0 les uns pour les autres. Mais ils obtiennent autre chose en retour, des lacunes sont combl\u00e9es. Ceci, ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019effet de multiplication, g\u00e9n\u00e8re beaucoup de connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, d\u2019\u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et de potentiel d\u2019\u00e9conomies, dans les petites entreprises \u00e9galement. A cela s\u2019ajoute une grande bienveillance du canton et d\u2019associations et d\u2019institutions qui s\u2019engagent pour le maintien d\u2019emplois dans les r\u00e9gions p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos trois entreprises ont investi plus de trois millions de francs en 2016\/17, augment\u00e9 leur chiffre d\u2019affaires de 50 % depuis 2011, tout en cr\u00e9ant de nouveaux emplois. Il est agr\u00e9able de travailler ainsi, sachant que la spirale peut \u00e9galement tourner dans le bon sens pour les petites entreprises. Que faut-il pour ce faire?
