Les inscriptions sont ouvertes sur la plateforme en ligne. Un nouveau prix sp\u00e9cial, le Prix SBT de la Rel\u00e8ve, sera distribu\u00e9 aux \u00e9coles professionnelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs (SSGT) ayant annonc\u00e9 pouvoir se d\u00e9rouler sous sa forme habituelle cette ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est avec beaucoup de joie que le Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT) pourra en faire de m\u00eame. Le concours aura donc lieu comme d\u2019habitude, avec quatre jours de taxation, du 28 au 31\u202foctobre, et la remise des prix sp\u00e9ciaux le cinqui\u00e8me jour, qui tombe cette ann\u00e9e sur le 1er\u202fnovembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les artisans sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent sur la plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbakerytrophy.ch\/\">www.swissbakerytrophy.ch<\/a>. Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation encourage chaleureusement ses coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la manifestation, qui sonne le d\u00e9but de temps meilleurs apr\u00e8s ces difficiles mois de pand\u00e9mie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-nouveau-prix-special\">Un nouveau prix sp\u00e9cial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nouveaut\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e, un prix sp\u00e9cial suppl\u00e9mentaire fait son entr\u00e9e au SBT\u2009: le Prix SBT de la Rel\u00e8ve. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019inclure les jeunes en formation au concours, en leur permettant de participer par classe. Toutes les \u00e9coles professionnelles de Suisse sont donc invit\u00e9es \u00e0 concourir, en pr\u00e9parant un produit qui sera not\u00e9 par les taxateurs du SBT, selon la m\u00eame \u00e9chelle que pour les artisans professionnels. La classe ayant obtenu la meilleure note recevra ce nouveau prix sp\u00e9cial lors de la remise des prix du 1er\u202fnovembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un produit par les \u00e9coles professionnelles est gratuit. La condition de participation est de fournir du mat\u00e9riel num\u00e9rique au SBT (photos ou vid\u00e9os), retra\u00e7ant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la classe dans la cr\u00e9ation de ce produit, qui sera ensuite partag\u00e9 par le SBT sur ses canaux digitaux.<br>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation est enthousiaste \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de mettre sur pied ce nouveau prix sp\u00e9cial qui fait la part belle \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve, et il esp\u00e8re que les \u00e9coles et les classes d\u2019apprentis seront motiv\u00e9es par ce beau d\u00e9fi qu\u2019est la participation \u00e0 un concours d\u2019envergure nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-concours-aura-lieu-coute-que-coute\">Le concours aura lieu co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation du SBT est tr\u00e8s heureux que le concours puisse se d\u00e9rouler sous sa forme habituelle, de mani\u00e8re festive, devant les 45\u2009000 visiteurs du SSGT. Il reste cependant attentif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation sanitaire et des annonces de mesures faites par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.
