La promotion des jeunes talents nous tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2012, je suis responsable de l\u2019atelier gourmand de la boulangerie confiserie Caf\u00e9 Weber AG et je forme des apprentis. Apr\u00e8s mon apprentissage de cuisinier, j\u2019ai suivi une formation compl\u00e9mentaire de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier CFC \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont\u2009; le centre de comp\u00e9tences pour la boulangerie, la p\u00e2tisserie et la confiserie \u00e0 Lucerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la suite, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans diverses exploitations en Suisse et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. J\u2019ai pu acqu\u00e9rir de pr\u00e9cieuses exp\u00e9riences. Avec mon \u00e9quipe de production de 10 \u00e0 15 employ\u00e9s, y compris les apprentis, je m\u2019efforce chaque jour de faire plaisir \u00e0 nos clients priv\u00e9s et de gros avec une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de p\u00e2tisseries, g\u00e2teaux, pralin\u00e9s et autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-divers-titres-de-la-branche\">Divers titres de la branche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Swiss Bakery Trophy, nous avons remport\u00e9 trois fois le titre de la meilleure boulangerie-confiserie du canton des Grisons et plusieurs m\u00e9dailles d\u2019or pour nos produits.Enfin, en 2019, nous avons \u00e9galement remport\u00e9 le prix national de la branche, la \u00ab\u2009Couronne boulang\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-ciblee-et-echange-direct\">Promotion cibl\u00e9e et \u00e9change direct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les quatre apprenties que nous avons engag\u00e9es ont termin\u00e9 leur formation de boulang\u00e8res-confiseuses CFC parmi les meilleurs du canton\u2009; ce qui nous rend tr\u00e8s fiers et nous aide \u00e0 recruter de nouveaux jeunes. Nous avons actuellement une apprentie dans l\u2019exploitation qui termine la formation compl\u00e9mentaire de boulang\u00e8re-confiseuse CFC, et en ao\u00fbt, deux jeunes commenceront la formation de trois ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous attachons une grande importance \u00e0 un soutien cibl\u00e9 et un \u00e9change direct. Tous les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s effectuent quelques jours de stage dans les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements. Cela permet g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de voir si un apprentissage est judicieux ou non. Les apprentis sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t et ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur propre poste en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, dont ils sont responsables de A \u00e0 Z.
