Vingt-cinq ann\u00e9es se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es depuis, et le r\u00e9gionalisme est d\u00e9sormais devenu une m\u00e9gatendance. Hansueli N\u00fcssli revient sur son pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cet anniversaire\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous avons pu nous imposer en nous focalisant sur cette id\u00e9e.\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai fait mon apprentissage ici, il y a 45 ans\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Hansueli N\u00fcssli en commen\u00e7ant le r\u00e9cit de son histoire. \u00ab\u2009Mon \u00e9pouse Doris et moi avons ensuite pass\u00e9 neuf ans dans l\u2019Oberland bernois. Mais une fois pr\u00eats pour le changement, nous sommes revenus et avons repris mon entreprise d\u2019apprentissage.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"773\" height=\"553\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-81293\" style=\"width:411px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_2.jpg 773w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_2-768x549.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 773px) 100vw, 773px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Doris et Hansueli N\u00fcssli lors de la reprise de l&#8217;entreprise1999<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie N\u00fcssli a vu le jour le 22\u202ff\u00e9vrier 1999, avec Doris N\u00fcssli \u00e0 la vente, et son \u00e9poux au fournil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-produits-regionaux-de-niche\">Produits r\u00e9gionaux de niche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau nom a \u00e9galement scell\u00e9 l\u2019av\u00e8nement d\u2019une nouvelle philosophie commerciale, encore inconnue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous misons sur le label IPS depuis nos tout d\u00e9buts\u2009\u00bb, confie fi\u00e8rement le propri\u00e9taire. \u00ab\u2009Au d\u00e9but, seules deux ou trois entreprises produisaient selon ces directives en Suisse, mais aujourd\u2019hui, le th\u00e8me du r\u00e9gionalisme est sur toutes les l\u00e8vres. Nous les N\u00fcssli adh\u00e9rons \u00e0 ce projet en soi, et non parce qu\u2019il g\u00e9n\u00e8re du chiffre d\u2019affaires.\u2009\u00bb L\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 assist\u00e9e par l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le logo Naturel s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 encore mieux quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, c\u2019\u00e9tait exceptionnel.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_brot-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-81289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_brot-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_brot-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/13_3_nuessli_brot.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Le pain maison N\u00fcssli de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie du m\u00eame nom contient des noisettes enti\u00e8res.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-anniversaire-au-gout-d-antan\">Un anniversaire au go\u00fbt d\u2019antan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les N\u00fcssli ont voulu c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la journ\u00e9e anniversaire du 22\u202ff\u00e9vrier \u00e0 leur fa\u00e7on, en proposant tous les produits au prix d\u2019il y a 25 ans, pour le plus grand bonheur de beaucoup. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons eu moiti\u00e9 plus de clients qu\u2019un jour normal\u2009\u00bb, explique Hansueli N\u00fcssli en riant. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019action a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie et la client\u00e8le habituelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise d\u2019apprendre que nous existions depuis si longtemps.\u2009\u00bb Un stand de march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9 devant la filiale dans ce cadre\u2009; suscitant \u00e9galement l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la population d\u2019Illnau (ZH). \u00ab\u2009Par cette action, nous voulions attirer l\u2019attention sur nous d\u2019une part, et remercier notre fid\u00e8le client\u00e8le d\u2019autre part.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-se-rejouir-de-la-pluie\">Se r\u00e9jouir de la pluie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le boulanger-p\u00e2tissier N\u00fcssli ne veut pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question de savoir comment la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie f\u00eatera son 30e anniversaire, et ce pour une bonne raison\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Mon \u00e9pouse va avoir 62 ans cette ann\u00e9e, et moi 63\u2009; soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019au moins 70 ans avec toutes les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires cumul\u00e9es ces 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u2009!
