Le passage de t\u00e9moin d\u00e9finitif aura lieu \u00e0 la fin octobre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e8re de famille de 35 ans, il apporte une riche exp\u00e9rience du secteur alimentaire. Plus r\u00e9cemment, il \u00e9tait responsable de la gestion de la qualit\u00e9 et de l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 chez un important d\u00e9taillant de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Il a occup\u00e9 d\u2019autres emplois avec des responsabilit\u00e9s similaires dans la pr\u00e9paration industrielle de produits secs (soupes, sauces et caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9), dans une usine de transformation de graisses, d\u2019huiles et de margarines, et chez un fabricant de produits pharmaceutiques et de confiseries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bachelor-of-science\">Bachelor of Science<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 un apprentissage de laborantin chimiste CFC sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l\u2019analytique, au laboratoire cantonal de B\u00e2le-Campagne, Benjamin Horand a obtenu une maturit\u00e9 professionnelle et un Bachelor of Science en technologie alimentaire. Il a ensuite obtenu un dipl\u00f4me de responsable de la qualit\u00e9 NDS HF et a suivi divers cours de formation continue sur divers sujets\u2009: audits internes ou travaux de conformit\u00e9 pour les mat\u00e9riaux en contact avec les aliments, par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-introduction-pratique\">Introduction pratique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Jakob a dirig\u00e9 le d\u00e9partement durant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, Il prendra sa retraite \u00e0 la fin octobre. D\u2019ici l\u00e0, il initiera son successeur \u00e0 son domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9. Benjamin Horand suit le cours pr\u00e9paratoire \u00e0 l\u2019examen de sp\u00e9cialiste de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et de la protection de la sant\u00e9. Il pr\u00e9voit de le passer en octobre\u202f2022.
