L&#8217;Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs et Bernexpo en tant qu&#8217;organisateur, ont pris cette d\u00e9cision conjointement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La raison de cette annulation est l&#8217;incertitude \u00e9conomique qui pr\u00e9vaut toujours dans le secteur et la volont\u00e9 moindre des exposants de participer \u00e0 un salon qui en r\u00e9sulte chez les exposants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous le signe du \u00abrendez-vous de la production de denr\u00e9es alimentaires\u00bb, le FBKplus devait, en janvier 2022, s\u2019\u00e9tablir comme le nouveau salon leader pour la production commerciale et industrielle d\u2019aliments et de boissons. Ce successeur de l\u2019ancien salon professionnel de mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie FBK a d\u00fb \u00eatre annul\u00e9 en raison de l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique de la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus. \u00abM\u00eame si nous aurions probablement pu organiser le salon de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique, nous sentons une grande r\u00e9ticence de la part des exposants pour qui s\u2019explique par des raisons \u00e9conomiques. Le secteur n\u2019est pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 r\u00e9investir dans les salons\u00bb, explique le directeur du salon Michael Stocker, dans le communiqu\u00e9 de presse envoy\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de semaine derni\u00e8re. En cons\u00e9quence, le nombre d\u2019inscriptions est inf\u00e9rieur aux attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouveau-lancement-en-2023\">Nouveau lancement en 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa d\u00e9cision d\u2019annuler n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prise \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re, mais compte tenu de la situation, c\u2019est la d\u00e9cision la plus sage en attendant que la situation du march\u00e9 s\u2019am\u00e9liore\u00bb, indique M. Stocker. Les organisateurs sont convaincus que cette annulation pose en m\u00eame temps des bases solides pour un nouveau lancement r\u00e9ussi. \u00abLes d\u00e9clarations faites par les principaux partenaires de l\u2019industrie alimentaire montrent qu\u2019un salon leader commun, dans une situation \u00e9conomique plus stable, r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin r\u00e9el et fort\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Urs Wellauer, directeur de la BCS. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du FBKplus est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e9vue pour janvier 2023.
