C\u2019est pourquoi, je choisis \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition de pr\u00e9senter des produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans notre gamme et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s de nos clients, avec un choix repr\u00e9sentatif de chocolats, p\u00e2tisseries et pains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas se reposer sur ses lauriers<br>S\u00e9lectionner des produits vendus au quotidien ne signifie pas se reposer sur ses acquis. Nous pr\u00e9sentons scrupuleusement les m\u00eames confections que celles vendues en magasin, en ne changeant rien \u00e0 la recette. Par contre, pour avoir le plus de chances possibles d\u2019obtenir des m\u00e9dailles, les produits doivent \u00eatre beaux, bons, confectionn\u00e9s dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art, et m\u00eame un peu sexy. Il ne faut donc pas oublier de leur apporter un soin tout particulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des m\u00e9dailles pour mettre en valeur ses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s<br>L\u2019effort ne doit pas s\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection et la confection des produits. Si vos r\u00e9alisations remportent des m\u00e9dailles ou des prix, il faut saisir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de les mettre en avant. Et ce \u00e0 travers tous les canaux possibles\u2009: en magasin, mais aussi sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, dans la communication de votre entreprise, ou encore aupr\u00e8s de la presse locale. Car au final, le but de participer \u00e0 un tel concours, est bien de d\u00e9fendre notre artisanat, de motiver nos \u00e9quipes et de toucher notre client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Champion cantonal au SBT 2018, Christian Boillat a cr\u00e9\u00e9 son entreprise \u00e0 St-Prex (VD) en 1997.
