Le coup d&#8217;envoi a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 le 27&nbsp;juin \u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne, avec l&#8217;atelier sur l&#8217;avenir.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venus des trois r\u00e9gions du pays, 42&nbsp;participants et participantes motiv\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tents ont discut\u00e9 et analys\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes et des th\u00e8ses sous la direction d&#8217;Eva Heinimann et d&#8217;Isabelle L\u00fcthi de b-werk bildung gmbh. L\u2019atelier a permis de d\u00e9velopper des id\u00e9es et des visions, d\u2019en abandonner certaines, de d\u00e9finir des objectifs et de cr\u00e9er une bonne base pour l&#8217;activit\u00e9 du groupe de r\u00e9vision, qui continuera \u00e0 travailler sur le nouveau profil professionnel boulanger-confiseur\/boulang\u00e8re-confiseuse \u00e0 fin ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-themes\"><strong>Les th\u00e8mes <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les t\u00e2ches suivantes ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finies lors de l\u2019atelier: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>adaptation de l\u2019examen pratique aux entreprises formatrices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyse des mod\u00e8les scolaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>red\u00e9finition des trois r\u00f4les (entreprise formatrice, \u00e9cole professionnelle, CI) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyse des mod\u00e8les pour les entreprises formatrices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>titre professionnel attrayant et concis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TPI (travail pratique individuel, comprenant les parties de l\u2019examen pratique et l\u2019entretien professionnel), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comment accompagner les entreprises dans la sp\u00e9cialisation?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e9rification du nombre de CI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-bonnes-bases-creees\"><strong>De bonnes bases cr\u00e9\u00e9es<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La collaboration s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e constructive et cibl\u00e9e entre les repr\u00e9sentants et repr\u00e9sentantes du secteur. Forts de leurs diff\u00e9rentes id\u00e9es et exp\u00e9riences, ces derniers et derni\u00e8res sont venus de toutes les r\u00e9gions de Suisse. Jeunes et vieux, propri\u00e9taires de grandes, moyennes et petites entreprises, corps enseignant, personnel engag\u00e9 dans des fonctions de cadres, instructeurs et instructrices CI se sont r\u00e9unis en vue de cr\u00e9er les meilleures conditions possibles pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des professions futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markus Zimmerli, vice-directeur de l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont, s&#8217;est r\u00e9joui de la bonne ambiance: \u00abCette petite troupe a bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le terrain pour ce qui va suivre.\u00bb Esther Wehren, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la CSDPQ, s&#8217;est \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9e tr\u00e8s satisfaite de ce lancement, les meilleures conditions \u00e9tant r\u00e9unies selon elle.
