Les postes \u00e0 pourvoir sont actuellement l\u00e9gion, et le nombre de dipl\u00f4mes de fin d\u2019apprentissage diminue chaque ann\u00e9e. Mais la passion de Wisi Signer, responsable de la formation et copropri\u00e9taire du caf\u00e9 Gschwend \u00e0 Saint-Gall, permet d\u2019en faire fi. Le cours de formation professionnelle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9galement la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape apr\u00e8s la formation\u2009; une simple formalit\u00e9 pour quelqu\u2019un qui forme des stagiaires et des coll\u00e8gues plus jeunes depuis un an. Lors de la visite de \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb au fournil, une formatrice, un formateur, une collaboratrice et sept personnes en formation \u00e9taient donc logiquement pr\u00e9sents, la moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge, d\u2019\u00e0 peine 20 ans \u00e9tant par ailleurs remarquablement basse\u2009; seul le chef y d\u00e9rogeant quelque peu\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-600132fae417ac99a5e526f2d0f573a6\" style=\"color:#cc9933;font-size:20px;font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Tout le monde est le bienvenu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Le responsable de la formation essaie de s\u2019en tenir aux principes suivants\u2009:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Des jobs d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sont toujours propos\u00e9s, m\u00eame s\u2019il faut chercher des travaux sp\u00e9cifiques\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Celui ou celle qui veut travailler \u00e0 un jeune \u00e2ge doit pouvoir le faire.\u2009\u00bb Le salaire horaire d\u00e9pend de l\u2019\u00e2ge.<br>\u2014<br>\u00ab\u2009Tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent venir faire un stage \u00e0 tout moment\u2009\u00bb, souligne le professionnel. Un formulaire en ligne permet aux personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es de s\u2019inscrire tr\u00e8s facilement \u00e0 un stage. \u00ab\u2009Dans le meilleur des cas, on gagne des apprentis et dans le pire, de bons ambassadeurs.\u2009\u00bb<br>\u2014<br>\u00ab\u2009Lors de la journ\u00e9e Futur en tous genres, on accepte si possible tous les enfants.\u2009\u00bb L\u2019objectif est de ravir un maximum de
