Plus de vingt apprentis ont postul\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trois finalistes du concours sont\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glenda-muller-une-canadienne-en-suisse\">Glenda M\u00fcller, une Canadienne en Suisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai toujours voulu \u00eatre boulang\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 la Canado-Suissesse lors de sa premi\u00e8re rencontre avec l\u2019Association suisse du personnel de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie. Comme la formation au Canada \u00e9tait loin d\u2019\u00eatre de la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 qu\u2019en Suisse, elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre son r\u00eave et de terminer sa formation ici. Elle est sur la voie du m\u00e9tier de ses r\u00eaves et se trouve en finale, ce qui r\u00e9jouit son entreprise formatrice, la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie Ehliger \u00e0 Hochdorf (LU), et remplit de fiert\u00e9 ses parents et Alberta au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ameya-martinelli-liberte-creative\">Ameya Martinelli, libert\u00e9 cr\u00e9ative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jeune homme de 19 ans termine son apprentissage \u00e0 la Stiftung St. Jakob \u00e0 Zurich. La libert\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation et le sujet l\u2019ont motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 poser sa candidature pour le \u00ab\u2009Brot-Chef\u2009\u00bb. \u00ab\u2009Je suis fier d\u2019\u00eatre arriv\u00e9 en finale parmi les trois meilleurs\u2009\u00bb, l\u00e2che-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lorenzo-gabaglio-le-plus-jeune\">Lorenzo Gabaglio, le plus jeune<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A 17 ans, Lorenzo Gabaglio est le plus jeune finaliste. Il travaille \u00e0 la Pasticceria Marnin \u00e0 Locarno (TI). Lorsqu\u2019on lui demande pourquoi il remporterait le concours, il r\u00e9pond sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Parce que mon programme est inhabituel par endroits. J\u2019ajoute des ingr\u00e9dients exotiques et je m\u2019assure que c\u2019est toujours tr\u00e8s savoureux.\u2009\u00bb Il est le troisi\u00e8me Brot-Chef finaliste du Tessin et il veut \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00eatre le premier \u00e0 ramener la victoire dans le sud du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finale-le-13-novembre\">Finale le 13\u202fnovembre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La partie technique du concours est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le Speed-Baking. Cette nouvelle discipline attrayante consiste \u00e0 faire preuve de comp\u00e9tences techniques et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en cinq fois cinq minutes\u2009; pour le plus grand plaisir du public.
