Qu\u2019il soit consomm\u00e9 avec d\u00e9lectation avant le d\u00e9but de la conf\u00e9rence ou emport\u00e9 \u00e0 la h\u00e2te dans la salle, la question de proposer des croissants est rarement discut\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est souvent la suivante: il reste un tiers de ces excellents produits sur les buffets, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la manifestation. Leur destin est tout trac\u00e9: ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00abchez le client\u00bb est ensuite \u00e9limin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ma carri\u00e8re d\u2019employ\u00e9e d\u2019h\u00f4tel puis de cheffe de projet, j\u2019ai rapidement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 remettre cela en question. Les retours des clients, dont des chefs de cuisine, \u00e9taient trop souvent d\u00e9fensifs ; personne ne voulait \u00eatre tenu pour responsable d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle urgence au buffet en mati\u00e8re de croissants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2018un ing\u00e9nieux apprenti employ\u00e9 dans un h\u00f4tel d\u00e9cide de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ma demande par une proposition: un aimable message \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la corbeille \u00e0 croissants, indiquant aux clients qu\u2019une quantit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e9tait mise \u00e0 disposition pour \u00e9viter le gaspillage alimentaire. Un petit pas, mais un grand succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019occasion m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e de m\u2019engager pour des ateliers sur la protection du climat destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des apprentis au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai accept\u00e9 avec enthousiasme, en esp\u00e9rant qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019avenir les plus jeunes de l\u2019entreprise feraient encore plus de propositions passionnantes en mati\u00e8re de protection du climat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes de gestion d\u2019entreprise, Sarah B\u00f6ttinger a quitt\u00e9 son foyer bavarois pour s\u2019installer \u00e0 Zurich.
