Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle, ils sont devenus la premi\u00e8re entreprise \u00e0 obtenir la note de 100 points sur 100 pour un produit de p\u00e2tisserie\u2009!<br>Apr\u00e8s avoir beaucoup exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 avec de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 sucre, des amandes, des \u0153ufs, du m\u00e9lange de frangipane et de la cr\u00e8me vanille maison, ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une base moelleuse surmont\u00e9e d\u2019une mousse aux framboises\u2009; le tout couronn\u00e9 d\u2019une couche de fruits de la passion. \u00ab\u2009Cette combinaison donne une belle acidit\u00e9 qui pla\u00eet particuli\u00e8rement aux jeunes, comme le confirment les r\u00e9actions positives des clients\u2009\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Dominique Buchmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-forte-creativite-culinaire\">Forte cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 culinaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La confiserie Buchmann a remport\u00e9 le titre de champion cantonal de B\u00e2le-Campagne, ce qui a confirm\u00e9 aux responsables la qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure qu\u2019ils recherchaient et les a motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 participer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au SBT. Les nombreuses m\u00e9dailles obtenues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9es aux clients via les m\u00e9dias sociaux ainsi que sur le site web, les affiches, les panneaux et dans les journaux.<br>Les succ\u00e8s engrang\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement eu un impact positif sur les ventes, selon Dominique Buchmann\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Pour les produits traditionnels comme les Gourmandises, la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 un \u00e9norme \u00e9lan, et la Frangipane est tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9e, surtout avant les f\u00eates.
