Les finalistes venaient de Zurich, de Saint-Gall, d\u2019Argovie, de B\u00e2le, d\u2019Appenzell et de Thurgovie. La seule \u00ab\u2009exception\u2009\u00bb\u2009: la formatrice professionnelle dans la cat\u00e9gorie restauration qui venait d\u2019Unterseen (BE). Les formateurs professionnels de l\u2019ann\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s dans quatre cat\u00e9gories\u2009: boulangerie-confiserie-p\u00e2tisserie, restauration, cuisine et sp\u00e9cialiste de la viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-six-mille-francs-pour-les-gagnants\">Six mille francs pour les gagnants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formateurs professionnels suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomin\u00e9s pour le prix Porteur d\u2019avenir en boulangerie-confiserie-p\u00e2tisserie 2021\u202f: Ruedi Alt (Beck Alt, Endingen AG\u2009; inscrit par l\u2019apprenant Noah Jeggli), J\u00fcrgen Mielke (Sutter Begg, B\u00e2le\u2009; Tim Doppler) et Andreas Stricker (Ernst Hotz AG, D\u00fcbendorf ZH\u2009; Sara Peter). Andreas Stricker a remport\u00e9 la course et re\u00e7u un ch\u00e8que de 6000\u202ffrancs, les deux deuxi\u00e8mes places de 2000 francs chacun.<br>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait anim\u00e9 par Mona Vetsch et le spectacle assur\u00e9 par le musicien de dialecte lucernois Kunz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nous-ne-nous-y-attendions-pas\">\u00ab\u2009Nous ne nous y attendions pas\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Je suis soulag\u00e9e. Il transmet v\u00e9ritablement sa passion \u00e0 ses apprentis\u2009\u00bb, souligne l\u2019ancienne apprentie de M. Stricker.
