Coup d\u2019\u0153il sur une acquisition rapide, en plein c\u0153ur de la Gruy\u00e8re\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie et \u00e9picerie de Grandvillard a chang\u00e9 de propri\u00e9taire au 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u202fjanvier. Afin de gagner p\u00e2turages et alpages, Jean-Luc Delabays a c\u00e9d\u00e9 les commandes de son commerce \u00e0 Samuel Oberson. Ce Gl\u00e2nois de 26\u202fans \u00e9tait encore \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une place de travail en septembre. Brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de chef boulanger-p\u00e2tissier en poche, il envisageait de reprendre une enseigne, mais souhaitait tout d\u2019abord y travailler quelques ann\u00e9es. Le nombre d\u2019entre elles qui fermeront si aucun repreneur n\u2019est trouv\u00e9 dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es est \u00e9norme\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix, confidentiel, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un autre facteur d\u00e9terminant. \u00ab\u2009Jean-Luc et son \u00e9pouse Ghislaine cherchaient \u00e0 remettre. Ils \u00e9taient ouverts \u00e0 toutes les propositions possibles et imaginables\u2009: baisser le prix d\u2019achat de la S\u00e0rl et payer un peu plus de loyer les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, par exemple. (\u2026) En fait, j\u2019ai pay\u00e9 ce que vaut le commerce, et non l\u2019image qu\u2019un patron pourrait en avoir.\u2009\u00bb Le soutien du couple ne s\u2019est pas arr\u00eat\u00e9 l\u00e0. Toujours employ\u00e9e, Madame l\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie.
