Patrons et collaborateurs la recevront ces jours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux des boulangers-confiseurs suisses, l\u2019Union h\u00f4teli\u00e8re et gastronomique, syna et l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre \u00e0 disposition des fonds suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la formation de base et continue. Il est possible de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de r\u00e9ductions de prix allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u202f% sur les cours professionnels et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90\u202f% sur les cours de langue aupr\u00e8s d\u2019Academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit des cours professionnels en boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie, confiserie, vente et technologie, des cours de formateur et de la formation professionnelle sup\u00e9rieure (examen professionnel f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur) dans la production et commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les formations de dipl\u00f4me pour travailleurs non qualifi\u00e9s sont soutenues financi\u00e8rement, de m\u00eame que les cours sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les entreprises s\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable par la commission paritaire des Boulangers-Confiseurs suisses.<br>Depuis le 1er\u202fao\u00fbt, les cours suivants sont aussi subventionn\u00e9s\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>conduite du personnel niveau 1 &#8211; 3 (cours Richemont)\u2009;<\/li><li>cours d\u2019anglais de A1 \u00e0 B1, cours standard\u2009;<\/li><li>autres cours de prestataires tiers sur des th\u00e8mes tels que le transport, la logistique, le nettoyage, le service ou le barista.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Infos\u2009: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/brochure-cpbp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bit.ly\/brochure-cpbp<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle brochure de la cpbp, les employeurs voient d\u2019un coup d\u2019\u0153il quels cours de formation de base et continue sont soutenus financi\u00e8rement.
