Le contenu des enseignements professionnels suisses sera num\u00e9ris\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s internationaux. Les formations en ligne pour les boulangers, p\u00e2tissiers et confiseurs sont en test en Chine et au Br\u00e9sil. Les cours num\u00e9riques pour les m\u00e9tiers de la gastronomie sont en cours de d\u00e9veloppement avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse des cuisiniers et l\u2019\u00e9diteur Wigl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-collaboration-avec-richemont\">Collaboration avec Richemont<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le centre de comp\u00e9tences Richemont de Lucerne est comp\u00e9tent pour garantir le respect des normes suisses en mati\u00e8re de contenus et de certifications. Dans les deux pays, Global Swiss Learning AG est en contact avec des universit\u00e9s et \u00e9coles qui souhaitent proposer les cours num\u00e9riques. Celui-ci fonctionne selon le syst\u00e8me \u00ab blended learning \u00bb ; une forme d\u2019apprentissage moderne dans laquelle les contenus th\u00e9oriques de l\u2019apprentissage, mais aussi les comp\u00e9tences artisanales, sont enseign\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re simple et peu co\u00fbteuse, principalement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019e-learning, mais aussi en cours pr\u00e9sentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marche-international-important\">March\u00e9 international important<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Le march\u00e9 international joue un r\u00f4le important depuis la fondation de l\u2019entreprise en 1945 \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Reto Fries, directeur de Richemont, dans \u00ab panissimo \u00bb, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la pr\u00e9sentation du projet il y a environ un an. \u00ab Cette coop\u00e9ration nous permet de mettre nos connaissances \u00e0 la disposition d\u2019un public beaucoup plus large, de mani\u00e8re plus simple et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins co\u00fbteuse. \u00bb La croissance est, selon lui, quasi-impossible sur le march\u00e9 suisse, qui est tr\u00e8s concurrentiel. Cette coop\u00e9ration ouvrirait de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour Richemont et pour l\u2019ensemble du secteur, \u00e0 tous les niveaux d\u2019enseignement, selon Reto Fries. Avant m\u00eame le semi-confinement, l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle a accept\u00e9 un exode des participants potentiels des cours pr\u00e9sentiels vers le transfert d\u2019informations num\u00e9riques. La vente de manuels scolaires a aussi accus\u00e9 une forte baisse. M.
