Neuf candidats ex\u00e9cuteront un programme aux \u00e9preuves vari\u00e9es, dont une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u2009Swiss made\u2009\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huit jeunes confiseuses et un confiseur (lire encadr\u00e9 ci-contre) d\u00e9fendront les couleurs de leur canton respectif, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la Finale romande et tessinoise des jeunes confiseurs (FRTJC), le 25\u202fseptembre. Leur point commun\u2009: avoir obtenu l\u2019une des meilleures moyennes g\u00e9n\u00e9rales \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de qualification de fin d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-swiss-made\">\u00ab\u2009Swiss made\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concours aura pour cadre l\u2019Ecole professionnelle de Montreux \u00e0 Clarens. Les organisateurs ont concoct\u00e9 un programme de choix. Les candidats auront cinq heures \u00e0 disposition pour confectionner sur place\u2009: deux sortes de mignardises (25 pi\u00e8ces chacune), un entremets aux fruits (huit personnes), 1 p\u00e2tisserie identique \u00e0 l\u2019entremets (10 pi\u00e8ces), quatre sortes de bonbons chocolat tremp\u00e9s (min. 25 pi\u00e8ces de chaque), une sorte de bonbons chocolat moul\u00e9s \u00e0 base de liqueur d\u2019\u00e9corce d\u2019orange (min. 20 pi\u00e8ces)\u2009; une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 en chocolat de 20 \u00e0 40 grammes et de longue conservation (min. 25 pi\u00e8ces).<br>A ces cr\u00e9ations, s\u2019ajoute une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition dont le th\u00e8me est \u00ab\u2009Swiss made\u2009\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en entreprise. Les participants auront la possibilit\u00e9 de la terminer le vendredi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la comp\u00e9tition. Elle sera expos\u00e9e sur la table de pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jury de professionnels de la confiserie et de repr\u00e9sentants de la gastronomie \u00e9valuera leurs cr\u00e9ations. Les neuf jeunes gens seront aussi jug\u00e9s au laboratoire\u2009: utilisation rationnelle des marchandises, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, du mat\u00e9riel, hygi\u00e8ne et propret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-retour-du-public\">Retour du public<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A terme de la journ\u00e9e sur les coups de 17\u2009h\u200930, Jean-Louis Boverat, pr\u00e9sident du concours, d\u00e9voilera le nom du 23e champion romand et tessinois, ainsi que son vice-champion et de son dauphin. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie est ouverte au public. \u00ab\u2009Seules les personnes munies d\u2019un certificat Covid peuvent y acc\u00e9der, d\u00e8s 17 heures. Comme l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, elle sera aussi diffus\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u2009\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise M.
