Mais apr\u00e8s un stage de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail dans une boulangerie, c\u2019\u00e9tait clair: c\u2019est ce qu\u2019elle voulait faire! Aujourd\u2019hui, son m\u00e9tier est devenu sa passion, c\u2019est pourquoi elle se forme en permanence. Cette sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche sait d\u00e9j\u00e0 quel prochain \u00e9chelon de carri\u00e8re elle souhaite gravir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon parcours a commenc\u00e9 vers la fin de l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire. Qu\u2019est-ce que j\u2019aimerais apprendre? Quel m\u00e9tier me pla\u00eet? J\u2019ai examin\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes professions \u00e0 la loupe, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que je tombe sur celui de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail. J\u2019ai regard\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents domaines, dans des magasins de v\u00eatements et de chaussures, dans des boutiques et dans une boulangerie. J\u2019ai tout de suite su que la boulangerie serait ma branche. C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9 &#8211; par exemple au niveau de la pr\u00e9sentation et du conditionnement des produits ainsi que du conseil \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etapes-de-formation\"><strong>\u00c9tapes de formation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 mon apprentissage de 2014 \u00e0 2017, avant de faire un s\u00e9jour linguistique de deux mois \u00e0 Londres pour am\u00e9liorer mon anglais. Peu apr\u00e8s, l\u2019id\u00e9e m\u2019est venue de me perfectionner dans mon domaine. Mon m\u00e9tier me procure beaucoup de plaisir et j\u2019adore le contact avec les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, termin\u00e9 le module CIE Confiserie et obtenu le dipl\u00f4me de formatrice professionnelle, j\u2019\u00e9tais pr\u00eate \u00e0 franchir une nouvelle \u00e9tape. Sans plus attendre, je me suis renseign\u00e9e sur les options qui s\u2019offraient \u00e0 moi. Lors de mes recherches, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur deux formations continues, d\u2019une part celle de sp\u00e9cialiste du commerce de d\u00e9tail et d\u2019autre part sur celle de sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche. Comme j\u2019aime beaucoup le secteur dans lequel je travaille, j\u2019ai opt\u00e9 pour la formation de sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-soutien-reciproque\"><strong>Un soutien r\u00e9ciproque<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, je savais que ce serait difficile et que je devrais beaucoup m\u2019investir au d\u00e9triment d\u2019autres choses. Mon trajet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont \u00e9tait assez long, c\u2019est pourquoi je passais souvent la nuit \u00e0 Lucerne, afin de gagner du temps et de me lever moins t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre classe \u00e9tait merveilleusement soud\u00e9e. Nous avons toujours travaill\u00e9 ensemble et nous sommes entraid\u00e9s les uns les autres. Des petits et des grands groupes d\u2019apprentissage se sont form\u00e9s. C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s beau de voir comment tout le monde travaillait ensemble vers le m\u00eame objectif et se soutenait mutuellement. Le cours de gestion des collaborateurs \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s instructif. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 beaucoup de choses dans mon environnement de travail par rapport \u00e0 ce que nous avons appris &#8211; j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 cela passionnant. Mais l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 la cerise sur le g\u00e2teau! J\u2019ai pu concr\u00e9tiser mes id\u00e9es et diriger une \u00e9quipe. Mettre en pratique ce que l\u2019on a appris nous a permis de mieux comprendre et de voir les liens entre tous les facteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-travail-d-abord-le-plaisir-ensuite\"><strong>Le travail d\u2019abord, le plaisir ensuite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien de ma famille, de mes amis et de mon petit ami pendant cette p\u00e9riode difficile. Tous ont fait preuve de compr\u00e9hension et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une grande aide. Mon ami et moi partons voyager ensemble en Australie et en Asie. Cet intermezzo me permettra \u00e9galement de me perfectionner dans un autre domaine. Au niveau personnel, c\u2019est aussi tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 mon avis. Je vois en outre comment les choses se passent dans les caf\u00e9s et les boulangeries d\u2019autres pays. C\u2019est une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9ressante, car chaque pays est diff\u00e9rent et vari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s mon voyage, j\u2019aimerais reprendre mon travail \u00e0 fond. L\u2019id\u00e9e serait d\u2019int\u00e9grer mes nouvelles exp\u00e9riences dans mon quotidien professionnel et de mettre en pratique ce que j\u2019ai appris.
