Explications avec Robert Porchet, Grand-Ma\u00eetre de l\u2019Ordre des Chevaliers du bon pain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Chevaliers du bon pain ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s dans le Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT) d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du concours\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Au d\u00e9but, nous avions une petite place attribu\u00e9e, car nous partions dans l\u2019inconnu. Nous avons ensuite pris de l\u2019importance \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la belle collaboration avec le comit\u00e9 du SBT qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s ouvert et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de nos besoins.\u2009\u00bb L\u2019espace \u00e0 disposition a ainsi augment\u00e9. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement compter sur l\u2019aide pr\u00e9cieuse des dames, afin de pr\u00e9senter et faire d\u00e9guster les produits aux nombreux curieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-information-avant-la-degustation\">L\u2019information avant la d\u00e9gustation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est que le r\u00f4le des Chevaliers du bon pain lors du concours est tr\u00e8s important. Ils repr\u00e9sentent le principal lieu d\u2019information pour les visiteurs, non seulement pour expliquer ce qu\u2019est le SBT, mais \u00e9galement pour parler du m\u00e9tier et de la branche en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Avant de passer aux d\u00e9gustations, il est important pour nous d\u2019informer les curieux sur les produits qu\u2019ils vont d\u00e9couvrir, sinon cela n\u2019a pas de sens.\u2009\u00bb Il faut dire que la tenue port\u00e9e par les chevaliers attire facilement le regard et les passants sur le stand du SBT, permettant ensuite de les sensibiliser \u00e0 l\u2019importance de l\u2019artisanat\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous leur faisons prendre conscience qu\u2019ils ont la chance de choisir o\u00f9 acheter leur pain et qu\u2019il faut en profiter.\u2009\u00bb Pour Robert Porchet, si le SBT est la vitrine de la boulangerie, les chevaliers sont le miroir de la profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Si le SBT est la vitrine de la boulangerie,les chevaliers sont le miroir de la profession.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-interesser-les-nouvelles-generations\">Int\u00e9resser les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre les consommateurs adultes, les chevaliers mettent un point d\u2019honneur \u00e0 s\u2019adresser aux nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, y compris les plus jeunes, pour leur faire d\u00e9couvrir le m\u00e9tier et en vanter les m\u00e9rites\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les enfants sont tr\u00e8s demandeurs des discussions sur le pain. Ils adorent essayer de faire eux-m\u00eames. Ils nous posent aussi des questions auxquelles nous ne nous attendions pas et qui permettent de nous remettre en question. De notre c\u00f4t\u00e9, nous essayons de montrer aux nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations que le m\u00e9tier \u00e9volue, qu\u2019il est moins p\u00e9nible qu\u2019avant, que ce soit physiquement ou au niveau des horaires. C\u2019est une formation cr\u00e9ative et qui ouvre beaucoup de portes.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Avant de passeraux d\u00e9gustations,il est important pour nous d\u2019informer les curieux sur les produits qu\u2019ils vont d\u00e9couvrir.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toutes-les-confreries-presentes\">Toutes les confr\u00e9ries pr\u00e9sentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si chaque confr\u00e9rie cantonale fonctionne de mani\u00e8re autonome, l\u2019Ordre des Chevaliers du bon pain est l\u00e0 pour chapeauter l\u2019ensemble et les f\u00e9d\u00e9rer afin qu\u2019elles \u00e9voluent dans la m\u00eame direction. En ce qui concerne le SBT, l\u2019organisation est g\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019ordre, puis ce sont les confr\u00e9ries qui viennent sur place, faisant d\u00e9guster leurs sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s cantonales par la m\u00eame occasion\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous avons pour tradition que toutes les confr\u00e9ries soient pr\u00e9sentes lorsque l\u2019une d\u2019elles fait quelque chose et il est tr\u00e8s rare qu\u2019elles manquent \u00e0 l\u2019appel.
