R\u00e9trospectivement, effectuer un apprentissage dans la p\u00e2tisserie Ernst Hotz AG \u00e0 D\u00fcbendorf (ZH) a \u00e9t\u00e9 la meilleure d\u00e9cision qu\u2019elle ait prise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant termin\u00e9 mon apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re cette ann\u00e9e, je reviens sur cette p\u00e9riode qui est derri\u00e8re moi. Le chemin n\u2019a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 simple, mais c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire d\u00e9j\u00e0, il m\u2018\u00e9tait difficile de choisir une carri\u00e8re professionnelle. L\u2019\u00e9cole obligatoire termin\u00e9e, j\u2019ai suivi une 10e ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Uster (ZH). J\u2019ai fait toutes sortes de stages et finalement opt\u00e9 pour le m\u00e9tier de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Ayant toujours aim\u00e9 cuisiner, je me suis sentie tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans ce cadre. Sans plus attendre, j\u2019ai postul\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de la p\u00e2tisserie Ernst Hotz AG \u00e0 D\u00fcbendorf (ZH), qui a r\u00e9pondu favorablement. C\u2018est l\u2019une des meilleures d\u00e9cisions que j\u2019ai prises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-s-exercer-encore-et-encore\">S\u2019exercer, encore et encore\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 ma formation en p\u00e2tisserie. J\u2019apprenais chaque jour de nouvelles choses, que ce soit au travail au sein de l\u2019entreprise ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle \u00e0 Winterthour. J\u2019appr\u00e9ciais beaucoup de pouvoir appliquer dans l\u2019entreprise ce que j\u2019apprenais \u00e0 l\u2018\u00e9cole. Ecrire avec du \u00ab\u2009scrivosa\u2009\u00bb \u00e9tait notamment tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 pour moi au d\u00e9but. En m\u2019exer\u00e7ant assid\u00fbment dans l\u2019entreprise, j\u2019y suis arriv\u00e9e relativement rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-d-un-univers-protege-a-un-rude-monde-masculin\">D\u2019un univers prot\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 un rude \u00ab\u2009monde masculin\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quatre mois en p\u00e2tisserie, je suis pass\u00e9e \u00e0 la boulangerie, l\u2019apprentissage des deux orientations \u00e9tant \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour. Le changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile\u2009: je suis pass\u00e9e de l\u2019univers prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de la p\u00e2tisserie au rude \u00ab\u2009monde masculin\u2009\u00bb des boulangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La timide apprentie de troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage et moi \u00e9tions les seules jeunes filles \u00e0 travailler dans la boulangerie. Fra\u00eechement sortie de l\u2019\u00e9cole j\u2019\u00e9tais alors plut\u00f4t polie et r\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 ce qui m\u2019attendait au fournil. J\u2019ai d\u2019abord d\u00fb faire mes preuves, notamment avec les anciens boulangers grincheux, leur ton grossier et leurs commentaires stupides. Il y a eu des moments o\u00f9 j\u2019aurais voulu m\u2019enfuir. J\u2019ai pris sur moi et me suis donn\u00e9 encore plus de peine. J\u2019ai habilement r\u00e9pondu effront\u00e9ment aux remarques idiotes. Ils ont petit \u00e0 petit commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u2019accepter, et cela s\u2019est m\u00eame av\u00e9r\u00e9 amusant de travailler avec eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9trospectivement, je dois dire qu\u2019il n\u2019aurait rien pu m\u2019arriver de mieux que d\u2019\u00eatre confront\u00e9e \u00e0 leur ton. J\u2019ai d\u00e9sormais beaucoup plus confiance en moi, et je ne me laisse plus faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-beaucoup-d-experience-dans-les-bagages\">Beaucoup d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les bagages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage, nous avons eu l\u2019occasion de participer \u00e0 un s\u00e9jour linguistique d\u2019un mois \u00e0 Norwich, en Angleterre. L\u2019entreprise a rendu possible cette opportunit\u00e9\u2009; je lui en suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante. Nous y avons fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 une \u00e9cole de langue, tout en travaillant \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans une boulangerie. Je m\u2019en suis beaucoup impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e. L\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de travail y \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de chez nous. Le stress \u00e9tait moindre, mais tout \u00e9tait n\u00e9anmoins parfait \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on. Dans la boulangerie, nous avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 des recettes\u2009: j\u2018ai ramen\u00e9 chez moi celle de cheesecake. De retour en Suisse, j\u2019ai confectionn\u00e9 le cheesecake en question, et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la recette \u00e0 mon chef. Ce produit fait d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de notre assortiment, pour ma plus grande joie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-couronnement-de-l-apprentissage\">Le couronnement de l\u2019apprentissage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps de l\u2019apprentissage a pass\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite et je me suis rapidement retrouv\u00e9e en train de pr\u00e9parer la proc\u00e9dure de qualification (PdQ). Cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois \u00e9prouvante, passionnante et amusante. J\u2019ai re\u00e7u beaucoup de soutien et de conseils utiles de notre cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re Sandra Heer. Elle a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0 pour nous conseiller et nous aider, mes coll\u00e8gues et moi, et a toujours pris du temps pour nous. Notre formateur Andreas Stricker nous a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019un grand soutien tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
