Cette assertion permet-elle d\u2019entrevoir une rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique suffisante pour progresser ? Certainement plus aujourd\u2019hui !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce raisonnement ne met certainement l\u2019accent que sur une infime partie du probl\u00e8me que conna\u00eet le commerce de d\u00e9tail depuis les 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il faut r\u00e9solument ouvrir son champ de vision \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des mutations culturelles et sociales. Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, j\u2019attends de voir arriver sur notre plan\u00e8te professionnelle l\u2019application qui fera passer la boulangerie de proximit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aire de la boulangerie virtuelle imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019avenir, ceux qui s\u2019en sortiront le mieux seront ceux qui sauront \u00eatre innovants au niveau de la distribution et qualitatifs au niveau de la production ! Personne ne peut aujourd\u2019hui ignorer l\u2019importance des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et des applications num\u00e9riques. Une pr\u00e9sence accrue, soign\u00e9e et vivante sur la toile est devenue indispensable pour nos artisans. Les informaticiens n\u2019ont pas invent\u00e9 les r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui ont toujours exist\u00e9 sous d\u2019autres formes, moins virtuels. Toutefois l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique a trouv\u00e9 le chemin de l\u2019imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 et de l\u2019indispensabilit\u00e9, v\u00e9ritable r\u00e8gle d\u2019or pour la majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre-nous, quand nous sommes clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yves Girard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formation en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, patron d\u2019une PME durant 12 ans, ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association romande et vaudoise.
