En 1986, il a rejoint le service de conseil et, en 1993, il a assum\u00e9 une nouvelle responsabilit\u00e9 en tant que chef de laboratoire. L\u2019examen de charg\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 CFST (Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de coordination pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail) en poche, il a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 en 2002, pour s\u2019\u00e9tablir au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019ancienne Association suisse des patrons boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers \u00e0 Berne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-engagement-en-faveur-de-la-securite-et-de-l-hygiene\">Engagement en faveur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, Daniel Jakob a exerc\u00e9 une influence consid\u00e9rable sur la ligne directrice du guide des bonnes pratiques (GBP) et la solution par branche pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et la protection de la sant\u00e9, ainsi que sur leur \u00e9volution constante. Bien que l\u2019introduction de ces consignes ait \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur des bases l\u00e9gales, Daniel Jakob, avec ses \u00ab\u2009tigres de papier\u2009\u00bb, a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 sous le feu des critiques du secteur. Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, il a form\u00e9 des centaines de pr\u00e9pos\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SiBe) et d\u2019utilisateurs du GBP. Il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir les membres de l\u2019association en cas de rapports d\u2019inspection d\u00e9favorables \u00e9manant d\u2019organismes d\u2019ex\u00e9cution.<br>Il a \u00e9galement transmis ses connaissances en tant que conf\u00e9rencier, notamment aupr\u00e8s de Gastro Zurich, ainsi que comme auteur comp\u00e9tent de nombreux articles dans \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb. Il a \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondu aux multiples questions des m\u00e9dias. En juin\u202f2006, Daniel Jakob a m\u00eame repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le secteur dans l\u2019\u00e9mission de radio \u00ab\u2009Espresso\u2009\u00bb de la SRF et r\u00e9pondu aux questions des auditeurs sur les croissants dess\u00e9ch\u00e9s et les pains trop l\u00e9gers.<br>En septembre, M.\u202fJakob a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 pour la derni\u00e8re fois la r\u00e9union de la commission de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. Il a re\u00e7u un au revoir appropri\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident de la commission, Franz Willi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toujours-au-service-du-secteur\">Toujours au service du secteur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fin octobre, les choses s\u00e9rieuses commenceront et son successeur (Benjamin Horand) prendra le relais.
