C\u2019est pourquoi, ils inviteront leurs coll\u00e8gues de toute la Suisse au Congr\u00e8s de la BCS \u00e0 Lausanne, afin de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ensemble ce jubil\u00e9. Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation a compos\u00e9 un programme-cadre vari\u00e9 pour le dimanche. A choix\u2009: la visite \u00e0 pied de la ville, du Mus\u00e9e olympique ou de la Maison du bl\u00e9 et du pain \u00e0 Echallens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s est le plus haut organe de d\u00e9cision de la BCS. Toutes les associations cantonales sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au travers de d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s. De ce fait, chaque membre est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 participer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019occasion du congr\u00e8s, le gagnant de la 6e couronne boulang\u00e8re sera honor\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9compense est d\u00e9cern\u00e9e conjointement par la BCS et l\u2019Union suisse de la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un programme attractif attend les participants. Y prendre part en vaut la peine\u2009! D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, membres, invit\u00e9s et partenaires peuvent s\u2019inscrire jusqu\u2019au 19\u202fmai.
