Son propri\u00e9taire Flavio Mengarelli a rapidement connu un succ\u00e8s inattendu. Il est tr\u00e8s satisfait\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les gens ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 fr\u00e9quenter assid\u00fbment l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture, et la publicit\u00e9 de bouche-\u00e0-oreille a fait le reste.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-premiers-pas\">Les premiers pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flavio Mengarelli, qui est n\u00e9 et a grandi \u00e0 Fiumicino (I), dans la banlieue de Rome, a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de douze ans dans la p\u00e2tisserie de sa tante, o\u00f9 il passait ses week-ends et toutes ses vacances scolaires entre p\u00e2te, cr\u00e8mes et sucre glace, pour gagner son argent de poche. Officiellement embauch\u00e9 \u00e0 18 ans, il y a travaill\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa 21e ann\u00e9e, l\u2019Italien \u00e9tant convaincu d\u2019y avoir appris tout ce qu\u2019il pouvait. Il a ensuite travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 Rome dans deux autres entreprises en vue d\u2019\u00e9voluer professionnellement, tout en suivant des cours de perfectionnement et de sp\u00e9cialisation. Souhaitant visiter cette c\u00e9l\u00e8bre ville, Flavio Mengarelli a accept\u00e9 son invitation \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le Tessin dans son ensemble. Au cours de son p\u00e9riple, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par la beaut\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion et par le grand nombre d\u2019Italiens vivant dans le canton. En faisant le tour des boulangeries-confiseries, il a par ailleurs remarqu\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun d\u2019entre elles ne vendait de produit typiquement italien. Rassemblant ses \u00e9conomies, il a pris la d\u00e9cision audacieuse de s\u2019installer au Tessin en 2015 avec son ami d\u2019\u00e9cole Guglielmo Falzetta, avant de trouver une petite production avec un espace de vente de 55 m2 \u00e0 Besso, pr\u00e8s de la gare de Lugano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-production-plus-importante\">Une production plus importante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La client\u00e8le a tr\u00e8s vite appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 ses produits traditionnels et innovants, la file devant le magasin en attestant.
