Nos arri\u00e8re-grands-parents, grands-parents, m\u00eame nos parents et leurs enfants dans diverses contr\u00e9es ne poss\u00e9daient ni douche, ni baignoire, il est vrai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais les boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs et chocolatiers ont d\u00fb de tout temps \u00eatre vigilants en la mati\u00e8re. La technologie a chang\u00e9 avec la venue des unit\u00e9s de froids, de pousse contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, d\u2019un parc de machines diverses et vari\u00e9es \u00e0 nettoyer et d\u00e9sinfecter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enseignement de la propret\u00e9 corporelle n\u2019est plus qu\u2019un enseignement familial, scolaire et autres, mais aussi celui d\u2019un suivi dans le cadre des entreprises. Cette petite anecdote d\u2019il y a fort longtemps est peut-\u00eatre d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Elle explique la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la vigilance, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation permanente et des r\u00e8gles usuelles, n\u00e9cessaires et utiles pour \u00e9viter les p\u00e9pins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un soir, un patron attendait dans la cour de son entreprise son personnel, il avait fait un grand feu dans un r\u00e9cipient et suscita la curiosit\u00e9. Le patron sourit et dit\u2009: voil\u00e0 les r\u00e8gles dans l\u2019entreprise la propret\u00e9 et l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne sont imp\u00e9ratives. Vous allez trouver et je vous les offre de quoi vous v\u00eatir afin de respecter ces r\u00e8gles. En ce qui concerne les tabliers, vous pouvez en utiliser autant que vous voulez. Sans ce respect, votre place n\u2019est plus ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors la moralit\u00e9 de l\u2019histoire est que soit \u00e0 la fabrication soit \u00e0 la vente, la propret\u00e9 et l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne sont capitales.
