Au si\u00e8cle pass\u00e9, il y a eu des changements importants et sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans le monde, a rappel\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Massimo Turuani en introduction. Il a bri\u00e8vement abord\u00e9 la situation actuelle difficile pour le secteur pour se pencher sur les projets, en rappelant\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Avec qualit\u00e9, professionnalisme et passion, nous pouvons le faire\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi ces derniers, la plateforme internet inpaneinbuca.loonity.ch est \u00e0 relever. Elle permettra aux clients de commander en ligne du pain. La Poste le livrera ensuite une fois par semaine, dans la bo\u00eete \u00e0 lait. Le lancement est pr\u00e9vu cette semaine.
