R\u00e9uni au four banal de Voll\u00e8ges (VS) pour ce jubil\u00e9, ses membres ont notamment assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la remise des prix des meilleurs producteurs de pain seigle 2023. La premi\u00e8re place est revenue \u00e0 Zenh\u00e4usern Fr\u00e8res SA \u00e0 Sion (99 pts), suivis du 1955 \u00e0 Saint-Pierre-de-Clages (98 pts), de la boulangerie mobile du Pain de Seigle AOP (98 pts) et de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Salamin SA \u00e0 Grimentz (97 pts). A ce jour, 37 boulangers sont certifi\u00e9s AOP contre 65 en 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-production-en-hausse-ventes-en-baisse\"><strong>Production en hausse, ventes en baisse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au micro de \u00ab Rh\u00f4ne FM \u00bb, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association, Jacques-Roland Coudray, a qualifi\u00e9e la r\u00e9colte de seigle AOP 2023 de \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s bonne\u00a0\u00bb avec une \u00ab\u00a0hausse de la production (\u2026) entre 15 et 20%\u00a0\u00bb. Les moissons ont permis d\u2019obtenir pr\u00e8s de 300 tonnes de farine. Une baisse de vente de mouture a en revanche \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e. Conjoncture, incertitudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la construction du moulin de Riddes (VS) et r\u00e9organisation d\u2019un grand distributeur en seraient les principales causes, selon les d\u00e9clarations de M. Coudray.
