Dans son discours, le pr\u00e9sident Eric Emery a appel\u00e9 les patrons \u00e0 marquer leur pr\u00e9sence dans leurs points de vente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans les locaux de l&#8217;Orif, membre de l&#8217;association cantonale. Dans son rapport annuel, qui se voulait philosophique, Eric Emery a mis l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;identit\u00e9. Il a pos\u00e9 des questions telles que : \u00ab&nbsp;Comment faire sentir aux gens ?&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Qui suis-je ?&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Pourquoi ai-je choisi ce m\u00e9tier ?&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Quelles ou qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mes influences, comment sont ancr\u00e9es mes convictions ?&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Si vous \u00eates un patron ou une patronne souvent au magasin et en contact avec les clients, ce sera plus facile de profiler votre identitaire&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Eric Emery, avant de demander aux seize personnes pr\u00e9sentes : \u00ab&nbsp;Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 pos\u00e9 la question \u00e0 votre personnel de vente de vous d\u00e9crire comment il vous voyait et comment il percevait l\u2019identitaire de votre entreprise ? Il a fait la une de \u00ab Panissimo \u00bb avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/du-feu-des-talibans-celui-du-fournil\/\">article sur son jeune collaborateur sourd qui a fui l&#8217;Afghanistan<\/a>. \u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est un grand tendre, aimant, doux, (\u2026), passionn\u00e9, innovateur, entrepreneur, f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur, gourmand \u00bb. La boulangerie Rieben \u00e0 Bellevue (GE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9e pour ses 60 ans d&#8217;adh\u00e9sion et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boulangerie-ruckstuhl.ch\/\">boulangerie Ruckstuhl<\/a> \u00e0 Meyrin (GE) pour ses 50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Formation&nbsp;: bien en production, soucis \u00e0 la vente<\/strong><br>\u00ab Tout se passe bien \u00bb, s&#8217;est r\u00e9joui Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde, responsable pour la formation professionnelle production. Les examens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9s par 22 apprentis : 3 AFP (3 r\u00e9ussites); 6 CFC PC (6); 13 CFC PC (9, 4 \u00e9checs). \u00ab&nbsp;Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons 2 articles 32, 4 AFP, 2 CFC BP, 10 CFC PC.&nbsp;\u00bb<br>La rentr\u00e9e 2023 a constitu\u00e9 un record, avec 33 jeunes, dont 5 dans le r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprises formatrices genevois. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons pu les engager gr\u00e2ce au travail de notre secr\u00e9tariat, de notre \u00e9cole&nbsp;; un travail accompli ensemble avec les renseignements de nos amis vaudois. Il faut reconna\u00eetre que le coup de \u00ab&nbsp;boost&nbsp;\u00bb de la fondation Palm, nous a fortement ouvert les portes.&nbsp;\u00bb<br>Pour la prochaine rentr\u00e9e, le r\u00e9seau est au complet, avec 2 nouveaux CFC en 2e ann\u00e9e et 6 en 1\u00e8re. \u00ab&nbsp;Maintenant, je dois trouver des entreprises formatrices !&nbsp;\u00bb, lance M. M\u00e9rigonde.<br>Nicolas Taillens, membre de la commission B&amp;Q et membre du comit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ARABPC, a inform\u00e9 sur le projet de r\u00e9vision totale de la formation initiale en production.<br>La situation est moins positive dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail. S\u00e9bastien Knecht, responsable de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains (VD), a invit\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 s&#8217;inscrire \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e de formation du 1er juillet, Harisa Reiz, directrice adjointe de la BCS, a r\u00e9pondu aux questions sur la convention collective de travail.
