Le non-repourvoiement de mon ancien poste a fait que la charge de travail a fortement augment\u00e9, et donc entra\u00een\u00e9 une \u00e9norme hausse des charges temporelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu r\u00e9aliser et consid\u00e9rer comme des jalons\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>assur\u00e9ment la r\u00e9alisation r\u00e9ussie de la FBK et l\u2019engagement du processus de strat\u00e9gie. Je souhaiterais ajouter \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard que la BCS et les associations sectorielles en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des antagonismes et des d\u00e9fis importants. Le contexte devient de plus en plus h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, et les membres moins actifs du fait des t\u00e2ches toujours plus exigeantes leur incombant dans leurs entreprises. Les postes deviennent de plus en plus difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir. Les membres attendent de l\u2019association des solutions individuelles aux probl\u00e8mes notamment, et une d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats politiques, \u00e9conomiques et publics. Nous tenons \u00e0 relever ces d\u00e9fis en d\u00e9veloppant \u00e0 cet effet une strat\u00e9gie pour l\u2019association professionnelle de demain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u2019attache une importance particuli\u00e8re\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e0 la constance et \u00e0 la structure dans diff\u00e9rents domaines. C\u2019est important pour moi, pour pr\u00e9venir une trop grande consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie inutile. Je tiens par ailleurs \u00e0 ce que nous assumions notre t\u00e2che de prestataire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Par rapport \u00e0 mon ancienne fonction de vice-directeur je regrette\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>que le travail politique ne soit plus ma priorit\u00e9 absolue, et de devoir d\u00e9sormais l\u2019aborder d\u2019un point de vue g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans ma nouvelle fonction de directeur, j\u2019appr\u00e9cie le plus\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>le tr\u00e8s vaste \u00e9ventail de th\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des rencontres personnelles. Je me consid\u00e8re donc \u00e9galement comme un lien entre les diff\u00e9rents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
