Son successeur est Matthieu Walther d\u2019Estavayer-le-Lac (FR), un boulanger de 39 ans. Hugo Widmer et Jean-Luc Delabays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 admis comme membres d&#8217;honneur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 riches en \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour le boulanger de Romont : fin avril, Didier Ecoffey a pass\u00e9 le flambeau de l&#8217;association romande \u00e0 G\u00e9rard Fornerod et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 membre d&#8217;honneur (lien). D\u00e9but mai, il a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle : il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident d&#8217;honneur lors de l&#8217;AG cantonale. C&#8217;est le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e0 porter ce titre dans le canton de Fribourg. Le premier est son p\u00e8re, Robert Ecoffey. \u00ab\u00a0J&#8217;esp\u00e9rais qu&#8217;au moment de mon d\u00e9part, les plus grands d\u00e9fis seraient derri\u00e8re nous. Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 nous montre que les m\u00e9tiers de l&#8217;alimentation sont constamment confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de nouvelles contraintes\u00a0\u00bb, a constat\u00e9 Didier Ecoffey dans sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9trospective annuelle, citant entre autres les co\u00fbts de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et le manque de personnel qualifi\u00e9. Il est fier du chemin parcouru et envisage l&#8217;avenir de l&#8217;association cantonale avec confiance. M\u00eame s&#8217;il y a des d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever, il croit fermement en la capacit\u00e9 commune de r\u00e9aliser de grandes choses. D&#8217;ailleurs, au cours de toutes ces ann\u00e9es, Didier Ecoffey n&#8217;a manqu\u00e9 qu&#8217;une seule fois une r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-chanson-de-richard-uldry\"><strong>Une chanson de Richard Uldry<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fiabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9e par plusieurs intervenants, dont le directeur de l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle artisanale et industrielle de Fribourg, Rolf Wehren, et Marie Glasson, directrice du Service cantonal de la formation professionnelle (SFP). Richard Uldry, membre du comit\u00e9, a d\u00e9di\u00e9 une chanson au pr\u00e9sident sortant, accompagn\u00e9 de sa guitare (lien). Le pr\u00e9sident du Grand Conseil fribourgeois, Adrian Br\u00fcgger, a \u00e9galement transmis ses f\u00e9licitations. Selon lui, la politique doit s&#8217;engager pour le maintien des boulangeries-confiseries artisanales ainsi que pour la formation et soutenir l&#8217;artisanat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-se-battre-pour-l-avenir-des-metiers\"><strong>Se battre pour l&#8217;avenir des m\u00e9tiers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a \u00e9lu Matthieu Walther (Boulangerie Croissant de Lune, Estavayer-le-Lac), 39 ans, comme nouveau pr\u00e9sident. Lui et son \u00e9pouse Marie-Louise auraient d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se lancer dans l&#8217;aventure de l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance il y a cinq ans. C&#8217;est surtout au d\u00e9but de son activit\u00e9 que le soutien de l&#8217;association, qu&#8217;il a senti, a \u00e9t\u00e9 important. \u00ab\u00a0Je veux \u00eatre votre &#8220;porte-parole&#8221;\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il promis, et il veut se battre pour l&#8217;avenir des professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hugo Widmer (apr\u00e8s 35 ans) et Jean-Luc Delabays (18 ans) ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 du comit\u00e9 directeur lors de l&#8217;AG. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s membres d&#8217;honneur. S\u00e9bastien P\u00e9risset (Lugnorre) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu pour leur succ\u00e9der. Un si\u00e8ge est encore vacant.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;association cantonale comptait 100 membres fin 2023, soit deux de moins qu&#8217;en 2022, 70 avec un commerce, 30 sans. Le nombre d&#8217;apprentis est rest\u00e9 stable en 2023, mais \u00e0 un faible niveau : en 2023, 88 apprentis ont effectu\u00e9 un apprentissage, dont 59 en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, 23 en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 6 en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie AFP. En 2022, ils \u00e9taient 92 jeunes professionnels au total. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous devons inculquer notre passion aux jeunes. Nous avons besoin de collaborateurs motiv\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tents pour pouvoir offrir \u00e0 nos clients des produits de qualit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Richard Uldry, responsable de la formation au sein de l&#8217;association cantonale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous, les vendeuses, sommes toujours l\u00e0 pour offrir un excellent service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Margrit Saudan, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Cette ann\u00e9e, quatre vendeuses et quatre assistantes termineront leur apprentissage. Elle a soulign\u00e9 qu&#8217;avec l&#8217;introduction de Vente 2022+, on miserait \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir davantage sur la communication lors des examens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Chevaliers du bon pain comptent 90 membres, dont 38 actifs. \u00ab\u00a0Les Chevaliers du canton de Fribourg se portent bien\u00a0\u00bb, s&#8217;est r\u00e9joui le grand ma\u00eetre Christian Audergon. Une am\u00e9lioration a pu \u00eatre constat\u00e9e lors des contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9 du pain.
