Didier Ecoffey et le confiseur genevois Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s membres d\u2019honneur. Les participants ont approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 les nouveaux statuts et structures de l\u2019association.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 travailler en Suisse romande\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Didier Ecoffey apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 membre d\u2019honneur lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ARABPC. M.\u202fEcoffey \u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019association depuis 2012. Ce boulanger-confiseur de 60 ans dirige avec son \u00e9pouse B\u00e9atrice Fornerod la boulangerie Le D\u00e9lice \u00e0 Morges. Il dispose d\u2019une riche exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine associatif, puisqu\u2019il a notamment pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 l\u2019association cantonale vaudoise de 2013 \u00e0 2018. \u00ab\u2009Je vais faire de mon mieux, a promis M. Fornerod apr\u00e8s son \u00e9lection. Mais vu le nombre de d\u00e9fis, il va falloir unir les forces, \u2039L\u2019union fait la force\u203a\u2009\u00bb. Wilhelm Ohnmacht de Montreux (VD), membre du comit\u00e9 central, et Leonhard Bernard, grand ma\u00eetre genevois, ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 remerci\u00e9s pour leur travail au sein du comit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve discussion, l\u2019assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s a donn\u00e9 son feu vert \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 aux statuts et aux structures all\u00e9g\u00e9es de l\u2019organisation. Le partenariat avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration patronale et \u00e9conomique se poursuivra. Les objectifs, le fonctionnement, le cahier des charges, les axes d\u2019action et les mesures y relatives, les priorit\u00e9s et l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier ont fait l&#8217;objet de discussions engag\u00e9es et motiv\u00e9es dans le cadre d&#8217;ateliers. Les premiers r\u00e9sultats ont pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e. Ils constituent la base du travail futur des commissions. Il est pr\u00e9vu que ces derni\u00e8res se r\u00e9unissent au moins trois fois par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLes \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichissants et importants\u00bb, a constat\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l&#8217;atelier d&#8217;une journ\u00e9e Nicolas Taillens, qui &nbsp;\u00e0 la t\u00eate du groupe de projet pilote qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un important travail pr\u00e9paratoire.
