L&#8217;apprentissage est questionn\u00e9 sous l&#8217;angle de la formation professionnelle initiale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, mais aussi de l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat port\u00e9 \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>es fluctuations du nombre d&#8217;apprentis et apprenties selon les diff\u00e9rentes orientations professionnelles sont notamment suivies de pr\u00e8s, le bien-\u00eatre des parties prenantes \u00e9tant \u00e9galement sond\u00e9 et \u00e9valu\u00e9. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons d&#8217;attirer des jeunes dans notre secteur et de les y faire rester sans imposer de charges suppl\u00e9mentaires inutiles aux entreprises formatrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une convention pour apprentis et apprenties devant \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9e de force obligatoire est envisag\u00e9e pour rendre l&#8217;apprentissage plus attractif dans notre secteur. L\u2019objectif est de garantir aux apprentis et apprenties des salaires modernes et des conditions de travail \u00e9quivalentes dans tout le pays, valant comme standard minimal. La cpbc pourrait contr\u00f4ler le respect des standards minimaux dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des entreprises formatrices engag\u00e9es et des apprentis et apprenties motiv\u00e9s. La convention pour apprentis et apprenties serait un atout pour notre secteur, qui permettrait de contrer la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e. La condition reste toutefois la d\u00e9claration de force obligatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s de surveillance cantonales sont \u00e9galement ouvertes \u00e0 une convention pour apprentis et apprenties d\u00e9clar\u00e9e de force obligatoire, qui impliquerait un all\u00e8gement bienvenu de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, tout en ayant le potentiel de r\u00e9duire les interruptions d&#8217;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de la d\u00e9claration de force obligatoire, les apprentis et apprenties seraient certes tenus de payer des contributions aux frais d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution d&#8217;un montant symbolique de 2&nbsp;francs par mois, mais en contrepartie, le mat\u00e9riel didactique pourrait \u00eatre distribu\u00e9 \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duit et les cours interentreprises soutenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons par ailleurs commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer la nouvelle formation professionnelle&nbsp;2030 en vue de nous adapter aux nouvelles exigences des entreprises et des m\u00e9tiers de notre secteur. Nombreuses \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, les entreprises ne fabriquent en effet plus forc\u00e9ment tous les produits faisant partie de la formation actuelle.
