Le nombre de visiteurs a globalement diminu\u00e9, en lien avec le processus de concentration dans le secteur, la r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e du salon et la suppression de l\u2019ar\u00e8ne des concours. Toutefois, le nombre de visiteurs quotidiens est heureusement rest\u00e9 constant. Les exposants ont clairement confirm\u00e9 l\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9 du public professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBK 2017 a mis en avant de nombreuses tendances et innovations\u2009; dans le cadre de la premi\u00e8re manifestation d\u2019inauguration du salon et des offres pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les exposants notamment. Dans le cadre du \u00ab\u2009forum sur les tendances\u2009\u00bb, les visiteurs ont pu profiter d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation quotidienne de faits et de conseils pratiques, et de d\u00e9monstrations professionnelles sur les tendances en mati\u00e8re de caf\u00e9, de chocolat et de levain. L\u2019\u00e9tude des tendances vise \u00e0 donner un \u00e9lan futur aux partenaires sectoriels et entreprises membres de cette derni\u00e8re. Il est d\u00e9sormais du ressort des membres de mettre en \u0153uvre individuellement des mesures dans le cadre de leur entreprise.
