Non!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019une boulangerie-confiserie ferme, les m\u00e9dias (de boulevard) en font souvent leurs choux gras,<br>profitant par la m\u00eame occasion d\u2019annoncer en gros titres la mort des boulangeries. Le sujet revient aussi<br>souvent dans les conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assistons-nous vraiment \u00e0 la mort des boulangeries ? Non, ce n\u2019est nullement le cas ! Cela voudrait dire que de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises ferment au fil du temps. Or ce n\u2019est pas vrai ! On observe certes une diminution du nombre de membres de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs chaque ann\u00e9e. Toutefois, depuis des ann\u00e9es le nombre d\u2019inscriptions est constant ; et cela sans aucune exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 50 et 80 \u00e9tablissements ferment chaque ann\u00e9e en Suisse, soit pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, soit parce qu\u2019aucun successeur n\u2019a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il est passionnant de constater que le nombre de points de vente reste pratiquement inchang\u00e9 ; ce qui signifie que les boulangeries existantes ont tendance \u00e0 s\u2019agrandir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ma plus grande satisfaction, nous d\u00e9nombrons toutefois aussi chaque ann\u00e9e entre 30 et 40 professionnels et professionnelles qui reprennent une entreprise ou en ouvrent une nouvelle ; ces personnes voyant leur avenir dans notre secteur et s\u2019y engageant. Ils sont cr\u00e9atifs et innovants, leur caract\u00e8re \u00ab fougueux \u00bb se voulant un gage de r\u00e9ussite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pourquoi lit-on rarement dans les m\u00e9dias des articles sur ces professionnels et professionnelles ambitieux et passionn\u00e9s qui ouvrent de nouvelles entreprises, oui pourquoi les m\u00e9dias ne rendent-ils pas compte d\u2019entreprises prosp\u00e8res dans notre secteur ? De nos jours, les informations positives sont un v\u00e9ritable baume pour l\u2019\u00e2me des gens.
