Entour\u00e9es de la vice-championne europ\u00e9enne Ramona Bolliger, elles ont exerc\u00e9 leur programme chez Richemont. Angela Bissegger travaille chez B\u00e4ckerforum Aeschlimann \u00e0 Zollbr\u00fcck, BE (apprentissage chez Linder \u00e0 Gwatt, BE). Nina Vogel \u0153uvre dans la confiserie Maron \u00e0 Coire (apprentissage chez Signer \u00e0 Zizers, GR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creation-autour-de-l-amour\">Cr\u00e9ation autour de l\u2019amour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La comp\u00e9tition durera 5\u00be heures, auxquelles s\u2019ajouteront 30\u202fminutes pour la pr\u00e9sentation. Elle comprend sept groupes de produits. La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un entremets ou d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me de l\u2019amour constitue le moment fort. S\u2019ajoutent un pain (deux formes diff\u00e9rentes), un pain myst\u00e8re, quatre sortes de petits pains et de produits en p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e, 3 produits en p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e feuillet\u00e9e et un sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes viennent d\u2019Allemagne, du Br\u00e9sil, du Danemark, d\u2019Espagne, de France, de Hongrie, des Pays-Bas, du Su\u00e8de et de Suisse. La remise de la coupe et des prix est pr\u00e9vue le 25\u202fjanvier \u00e0 16 heures. Le Danois Klaus Nielsen pr\u00e9side le jury, compos\u00e9 d\u2019un membre de chaque \u00e9quipe nationale.
