L\u2019\u00e9quipe helv\u00e9tique vise un podium \u00e0 Lyon.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous le coaching de Patrick Bovon (Duo Cr\u00e9atif, \u00e0 Chailly-Montreux), C\u00e9dric Pilloud, Jorge Cardoso (David, l\u2019instant chocolat \u00e0 Crans-Montana) et Jean-Baptiste Jolliet d\u00e9fendront les couleurs de la Suisse, \u00e0 la Coupe du monde de la p\u00e2tisserie. Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s d\u2019un an d\u2019entra\u00eenement et pas moins de neuf tests \u00e0 blanc, le trio occupera le box 5, le 23\u202fjanvier. Organis\u00e9e dans le cadre du Sirha, salon international de la restauration et de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, la comp\u00e9tition r\u00e9unira 22 \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sucre-chocolat-glace\">Sucre, chocolat, glace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque trio b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de dix heures pour r\u00e9aliser trois pi\u00e8ces artistiques. M.\u202fPilloud se chargera de celle en sucre, M.\u202fCardoso de celle en chocolat et M. Jollier de celle en glace hydrique. L\u2019\u00e9quipe devra \u00e9galement pr\u00e9senter trois entremets au chocolat, 3 entremets glac\u00e9s aux fruits et quinze desserts \u00e0 l\u2019assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jury \u00e9valuera les r\u00e9alisations des candidats. Travail, d\u00e9gustations, pr\u00e9sentation du buffet, nettet\u00e9, technique\u2026 Un maximum de 800 points sera distribu\u00e9 et la meilleure \u00e9quipe sera sacr\u00e9e championne. En 2015, l\u2019Italie s\u2019\u00e9tait impos\u00e9e, devant le Japon et les Etats-Unis. Quant \u00e0 la Suisse, elle avait remport\u00e9 le prix glace.
