Le salon doit \u00eatre une source de sensations pour les visiteurs professionnels, qui ne doivent pas se borner \u00e0 jeter un \u0153il dans les halles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-experience-est-un-facteur-determinant\">\u00ab\u2009L\u2019exp\u00e9rience est un facteur d\u00e9terminant.\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience directe est de mise, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, et ce \u00e9galement dans le cadre de la FBK \u2013 la Foire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e suisse en mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie. Cette derni\u00e8re se focalise sur des concepts novateurs et \u00e9prouv\u00e9s. Le forum sur les tendances permet notamment aux visiteurs professionnels d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les exposants, de trouver l\u2019inspiration et d\u2019assister \u00e0 des d\u00e9monstrations professionnelles d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9. La FBK couvre en outre le march\u00e9 suisse de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e, et met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019art de la boulangerie et de la p\u00e2tisserie indig\u00e8ne. On ne conna\u00eet pas (encore) les \u00ab\u2009milanais\u2009\u00bb \u2013 pour ne citer qu\u2019eux \u2013 dans le monde entier.
